Mothers 05101 Mag & Aluminum Polish - 10 oz Review:

My most recent purchase was a stainless steel-cased Apple Watch. I was really angry when, after wearing it for a month, I discovered scratches and scuffs, which was inevitable (even with the amount of money paid for the stainless steel casing). I discovered Mothers Mag

Simichrome 390050 All Metal Polish Tube - 1.76 oz. Review:

I almost ever leave reviews, but when I do, you can be sure the item is exceptional. My pastime is restoring old clocks. Even when the internal components are fully functional again, the outer case frequently still has worn-looking brass decoration. (Example: the brass retaining ring on a mantel clock that holds the face glass in place.) The brilliant brilliance that results from using this polish paste and gently rubbing with an old dish towel must be seen to be believed. For intricate brass objects with depressions and grooves, use a toothbrush. I'm referring to clocks from the mid-1950s that haven't been serviced in years! Grandfather clock pendulums now catch your eye with their shine as they swing. Everything will need to be polished, but I'm eager to see the final product. This is a fantastic product that is priceless.

Meguiar's M20532 Mirror Glaze Ultra Finishing Polish, 32 Fluid Ounces, 1 Pack Review:

This is truly great stuff. I used it with both yellow and Megs microfiber polishing pads. Put a small amount on your fingers and rub it around to feel the micro abrasives in it and get a sense of what you're working with. It refines almost anything it touches. With this and an MF cutting pad, I was able to remove the MOST of my light to medium scratches. I had to take my M100 or M105 for any of the crazy deep cuts. After polishing with this with a yellow da foam pad, I actually went right to wax. For the first time in my life, I was polishing and compounding, so finishing it on the sixth day was very necessary. If I had truly wanted to take it to the next level, though, I would have applied some to a black finishing pad. It wasn't going to be another polish day on Sunday, lol.I've heard that finishing with scratchX is a solid move, and I'm confident you can think of another move to improve the finish. Enjoy:)

Chemical Guys SPI_402_16 - Heavy Metal Polish Restorer and Protectant (16 oz) Review:

For my church, I used this polish to repair a set of aluminum communion plates. Some of them had significant tarnish from water stains and fingerprints. It worked well for removing tarnish and contaminants when I used it with the suggested microfiber sponges, changing them frequently when they went black. I then used some fresh microfiber towels to polish. After that, I didn't even try to wash the sheets; I just threw them away. Some of the plates needed a little extra work, but they now gleam like mirrors! After washing the plates, I applied Turtle Wax Ice, a synthetic auto wax also good for chrome and trim, which created a wonderful layer of protection and gave them a nice hand feel and appropriate water beading.Overall, it's a great outcome, and I know my congregation will love their lovely Communion Plates!

Flitz Multi-Purpose Polish and Cleaner Liquid for Metal, Plastic, Fiberglass, Aluminum, Jewelry, Sterling Silver: Great for Headlight Restoration + Rust Remover, Made in the USA Review:

I had just renovated my master bathroom. I bought sink faucets, a bathtub filler, a hotel shower, sconces, and towel bars from Kohler in polished nickel. Although polished nickel is the easiest to keep, I prefer its depth of brilliance and warmth of color because I am a very meticulous person. It wasn't inexpensive either. Every time I'm done utilizing a water spouting fixture, I wipe it down. The polished nickel and all the warm reflections make it appear fantastic. My girlfriend was staying at my house while I was gone for a few days, and she's not exactly meticulous.Imagine my shock when I returned to see water stains around the handles, spots on my trough-style sink faucet, and water spots on the shower fixtures. DAMN! This sweetheart of a barbarian was only a few weeks old when she left screaming water spots on my fixtures. I told her what she had done, which only served to exacerbate my suffering. Did I receive apologies? What's the big deal—just it's a bathroom, she retorted. My fixtures are polished nickel, therefore I was hesitant to use any polish because some contain abrasives, some chemicals, and the majority do nothing. So I attempted to remove the stains with a delicate cotton cloth and distilled vinegar—no luck—then I tried Windex—no luck—the stains persisted. I suppose I needed more polish, so I spent a few hours (well, more than a few) searching the internet, reading articles, client testimonials, visiting blogs, and watching YouTube, and this moniker, "Flitz," kept showing up with a cascade of praise. I gambled and purchased both the paste and liquid polishes. Although they don't ship as quickly as some other items, the wait was well worth it in my opinion. This polish helps keep the finish spot-free in addition to totally removing water marks.Today saw the paste polish's arrival. Surprisingly, there was a handwritten message at the bottom of the package requesting me to provide a 5-star review and thanking me for my purchase. Because their product has prevented me from drowning my girlfriend in the freestanding tub (using only cold water), I feel as though I owe Fritz a review. If I had thought anything less of it, I would have thrown their request into the garbage, but because it has worked so well.Let me conclude my rambling assessment by adding that I don't think there's a better product out there (Hemingway would have beaten me with a bat). It is effective, kind, and protective. They promise that it will provide protection for several months, but... That would surprise me, but based on my personal experiences, it might not be an exaggeration. They have every right to be proud of their goods.THIS STUFF IS POWERFUL!

Meguiar's M6732 Marine/RV One Step Compound, 32 oz Review:

I've experimented with a variety of products on my severely oxidized 98' Donxi LXC 2550. None of them succeeded in getting rid of the oxidation. I made the decision to test it after reading the reviews and being aware of Meguiar's reputation for cars. I received today and at first began using an orbital sander to apply, but this didn't get the results I desired and just appeared to take too long. I then used my hands to apply and rub until a sizable amount was removed. I wrapped up by using a high-speed rotary buffer (Harbor Freight). Before I actually saw it, I didn't believe the review that claimed there was a mirror glaze. The ladder off of my boat may be seen reflected, as you can see in the image. You should be able to tell where I stopped even though I worked quite quickly because I wanted to finish as much as possible before it became dark. I wholeheartedly endorse this stuff!

Brasso Metal Polish, 8 oz Bottle for Brass, Copper, Stainless, Chrome, Aluminum, Pewter & Bronze, 8 oz Review:

I saw on Pinterest that you could buff scratches off of a flat cooktop stove if you applied it to a soft cloth. We didn't scratch the condo we were renting, but we were scared the owners would assume we did, so I was in a terrible situation. It succeeded! My rusty jewellery is cleaned with it as well. Amazing stuff.

Meguiar's M20508 Mirror Glaze Ultra Finishing Polish, 8 oz Review:

For removing swirl stains and minor cuts from our boat, Meguiars Ultra Finishing Polish was a fantastic choice! As stated on the box, the only uses for this ultra-finishing polish would be for light cuts and swirl marks. To remove deeper marks, you must get the heavy substance. My assessment is based on a number of factors, some of which are correction ability and ultimate finish.First, the capacity for rectification. Here, the product truly shines! The swirl marks on our boat were terrible, so the previous owner must have cleaned it down with sandpaper. Fortunately, the majority of them were swirls and little scratches, so the gelcoat didn't need to be heavily compounded. I was astounded by the results after just one buffing pass in a test area! The swirl traces had been entirely eliminated! I got the buffing bug and finished the entire 25-foot boat in one day, as you will see when you see the finished product!Next, the very last step. It was clear that this product had performed excellently right away. The glossy, clear finish that was left behind was just what I wanted with this product. Comparing a finished to an unfinished region on black paint, where flaws are more clearer to notice, gave me the nicest experience. As the manufacturer claims, it truly had a "Mirror Finish" when it left the boat.Last but not least, I heartily recommend the Lake Country CCS orange cutting pad if you want to use a dual action polisher. The Mirror glaze polish performed quite well with this medium cut pad. This pad won't come apart, unlike many other pads I've used in the past that have. Even after numerous uses, you shouldn't experience any issues! If you decide to use this product on your car or boat, you will be extremely happy with it! It performed just as predicted. I'll absolutely repurchase this item in the future!

Eagle One Nevr-Dull Wadding Metal Polish, Chrome Restoration, for Wheels and More, 5 Ounce Jar Review:

A petroleum-based compound called Nevr-Dull can be used on almost any metal. It's not a magic solution, and from what little I've seen, it doesn't work well on badly oxidized surfaces. It appears more like a cleanser to me than a proper polish. On gun parts with very mild surface rust building up, it works fairly well. I gave it a go on some old brass bells, but I ultimately utilized other techniques and this product to clean them after the more intense polishing. The fact that I can pinch out just how much I need makes it my favorite feature; a can this big ought to last for a very long time. The smell, which is akin to fuel but not as potent or volatile as something like gasoline, is what I don't enjoy. In conclusion, I think this is a fantastic household item that will find numerous uses and endure a long time.

Mothers 05146 PowerCone 360 Metal Polishing Tool Review:

I spent $40 to have the Acura's cloudy, yellowed headlight lenses cleaned and polished a couple of years ago. They eventually needed to be re-cleared, so I looked for DIY instructions online. I found a variety of ways to do it, sometimes including a lot of flowing water and taking up to an hour per headlight lens while using progressively finer abrasive grits, ranging from toothpaste to sandpaper.I watched a video utilizing a cone polishing tool and Mother's Mag and Aluminum polish as the clearing agent, and I concluded that this was probably the best method because it was quick, easy, and didn't require flowing water.Other movies have made advantage of the Mother's spherical PowerBall, which removes haze and yellowing, but the conical shape makes it easier to access the corners of the lens and provides higher precision close to its boundaries. In order to set up, the lens and the surrounding area were sprayed with window cleaner to eliminate any dust. The lens was then taped off with blue painter's tape to prevent damage to the painted surface and inserted into the drill motor. It took approximately an hour to finish putting the tools away after turning on the garage light. Using a corded drill at medium speed, each lens actually required roughly 10 minutes of polishing time. SIMPLE PEASY!PROS - User-friendlymade welleffective lens cleaning for haze and yellowingSuitable for use with corded or cordless hand drillsCONS- It's a little expensive for what it is (in my opinion, it costs around $15), but when combined with a 10 oz bottle of Mag and Aluminum polish, the cost comes to under $30 and there is enough product for at least four or five clearings.
