It's unbelievable that I am sending cat treats in the mail, but with Prime, they are far less expensive than at the shop, especially in this big container. Our beloved older cat pretty much insists on these only, which is wonderful because it satisfies dietary requirements. I honestly don't mind spending a little additional money for the cat because he is an old buddy. A word of advice: They might start to taste stale if you serve them straight from the bulk container. I had been purchasing these snacks in tiny bags for a while, and I had amassed twelve bags that I could refill from the bulk container. The cat appears to be aware of the container and they keep fresher that way.Now, if you are reading this, you almost probably already aware of the virtually addictive nature of Temptations. My best guess is that the crunchy outside/soft inside texture and the proper proportion of ingredients are to blame. If you only give your cat these, you can run into problems if your cat develops a condition and requires a specific diet in the future. We encountered that, and if I could go back in time, I would limit these goodies to being treats only. We were left with the choice of either forcing him to eat the special diet or letting him enjoy these. This was essentially a quality-of-life decision, and if eating them causes him to pass away a year sooner than forcing him to eat something he dislikes, I'm fine with that. Well, that's not exactly relevant to a product evaluation, but writing it makes me feel better.

These snacks are a cat's dream. He has never shown such excitement to me. He is a ten-year-old cat that is normally really chill, but when I give him some Temptations Mixups, he really gets into it. Additionally, he guards his treats fiercely. Although my Yorkie like them as well, cat treats aren't appropriate for dogs, so I only give her one when I am giving my cat a treat to avoid making my dog feel terrible (or get her eyes scratched out trying to steal some from my cat).These have a crunchy outside and a soft interior. extremely little and undoubtedly digestible. My cat frequently throws up, but he has never done so after consuming these. Excellent value for such a large canister. I'll most certainly make another purchase.I'll soon attach some pictures.

Primrose, Booger, and Miss Piss, my three owners, adore these snacks to the point of addiction. All three of them adore these snacks almost to the point of addiction.The most unexpected advantage I respect about this product, this specific brand, is the good results it has given Primrose, a rescue cat that belongs to my daughter. She was from a poor family and struggled greatly with confidence. I discovered that feeding her the treats has been regaining her confidence. Because this is a high-calorie treat, I used properly calculated portions. Today, she is almost recognizable from the scared, abused, and frail cat we rescued in 2014. I didn't realize that a Cat food treat system might affect a cat in this way.For cats who are overweight, I would not suggest these treats. There are slightly under two calories in each treat. I wouldn't give Temptations treats to a cat who has a bad tapeworm infestation. It would be like attempting to pour water into a colander.It is the ideal solution for giving weight to a rescue cat, for using to hasten the healing process for a frightened or mistreated cat, and for integrating a cat into the household. The only unfavorable side effect I can predict from using this medication is an excessive amount of weight gain and the addition element. Oh, and another piece of advice: for obvious reasons, never, ever, ever sleep with the lid open on your bed. Despite being incredibly expensive, I think this is a great product.Before purchasing anything online, I would advise you to verify your local market. This same-sized bottle might be available for a considerably more affordable price. Always keep an eye out for sales on this product on Amazon. I would buy them from our local store because they are almost exactly the same price, but I like the convenience of having them delivered to my house each month if they weren't so far from town. I offer this product five stars, and the merchant, from whom I've bought several times, is reliable and does not use materials from China. Temptations is a Canadian import.P.S. These cat treats have my eternal gratitude. We ultimately had one unadoptable cat as a result of our rescue efforts, and I personally adopted it. On the one hand, she was too scared of people to ever be cuddly or even petted, but on the other, she was too stupid to go back to the big outdoors (where we'd received her as a kitten). She is no longer terrified of people.Ironically, her leftovers are eaten by the nearby cats. None of them have a firm grasp on the idea of requesting the treats they want.

I own three kitties. The male would eat everything, and it shows, but the two ladies, including the one I saved from a pile of charcoal, may be finicky eaters. Perhaps it's because they're women? I dunno. It should come as no surprise that my male cat like them. My smallest female cat, the one from the charcoal pile, likewise behaves this way. In my home, 1/3 cats is a solid start.The two female cats must have a daily lysine treat because they have feline herpes, which helps keep the virus under control. Because he expects it, the male cat also receives one. They all run when the drawer opens because I keep all of my cat goodies in the same drawer in my vanity. Since I give them their lysine treat right before I leave for the day and it makes me feel less guilty, I usually throw a few of these around as well. Any cat who rejects these treats is given some freeze-dried salmon instead. No matter when I acquire these, the two cats devour them like they are starving. Then, everyone takes a sniff around the other animals to see if there is any leftover food. Even if they all spill their food, there never is. Additionally, I trained my male cat with these to sit up and shake. He appreciates the reward, if not the practice, and it's quite cute.The resealable container is nice. The cats have tried to go into the drawer when I have left these items out, but they have been unsuccessful. They simply chewed through a small bag of snacks I had left out by mistake. fantastic stuff

This morning around 3:30, heavy bangs and thumps came from my rear parlor/living room and woke me up. Sir Fergus the Fat, my recently adopted cat, was standing among a collection of books and other items that he had knocked down from a glass-fronted bookcase when I hurried in, alarmed and thinking intruders. When I turned to look, I saw that he was standing on top of this box of Greenies with all four paws and all 16 of his hairy pounds, beating on the lid in a (unsuccessful) attempt to force it to come off. He carefully dipped one of his paws into the box, took out a treat, devoured it, began to purr, and plunged in for more as I watched. To stop Fergus from transitioning from being overweight to morbidly obese, I had placed the container in a location that I had believed was unreachable. By the time I woke up, I had gotten the container out of his paws and placed it in the refrigerator. You go, obese kitty.Perhaps prescriptions for these opiate-like sweets should be required as well? I thought I would try the larger size container and see how long it lasted us because I have another cat that will bring small bags of Greenies into the bedroom in the middle of the night and drop them on my face. I also wanted to check if "Temptations" cat treats were worth the hefty price tag following a brief dalliance with Greenies. Sadly, it seems that my kitties think that this is the case. Please note that a treat is a treat is a treat. But there do seem to be treats and Greenies, just as there are hamburger and filet mignon.I will admit that my two older cats, Molly (15) and Cassie (13), do have extremely good teeth after spending a lot of time munching on Greenies. In terms of dental care, I'm not doing anything unusual, but my vet is very pleased with their teeth, so this may be correlation rather than causation. To keep their weight under control, I do have to severely ration the Greenies, though. And now that he can't replicate his ingenious trick, I'm fairly certain that Fergus will detest me forever. That is, until he discovers how to operate the refrigerator.

When we were taking care of our cat who had terminal cancer, her oncologist informed us that the tube thing was bad since cats tended to inhale a little bit of it into their lungs when consuming it. It seems that even a modest amount is detrimental to their lungs.Now, a few years later, we had cats once more, and we were quite happy to find these.
