My tiny furry children adore this. Before the hammock(s) arrived, I temporarily placed them in a miniature puppy bed. They don't seem to mind my cage's four levels, even if they make it a little difficult for them to move around (I had to rebuild the levels in the cage so the hammock would fit in properly). After installing it, Milo (Black) dozed off on it for over five minutes. Shiloh (White) joined him after releasing all of the day's stored energy. Otis (Brown) is merely a chubby ferret who wiggles around and only wants to be let out of his cage when he's weary. He simply pushes them off of their sleeping devices or steps on them. He is pushing Milo down the edge as I type this. What a jerk. However, I unquestionably recommend this item. My favorite. My ferrets enjoy it.Lastly, the actual product. Since Milo is just about a month and a half old, I'm not sure how well it will withstand his tendency to bite. Since the furry area is really soft and thin and I am unable to identify the fabric, it is not ingesting anything. Since the leather or imitation leather bottom lining doesn't extend as predicted, your pets' pulling and holding won't damage it. Depending on how you choose to attach the clips to your cage liner, it can be a little hard, but it's not too difficult. However, if you have any finger arthritis, I wouldn't recommend using this, or at the very least, just swapping the clips for something simpler.

For later usage, I kept the lengthier straps and clips attached.ORIGINAL SUMMARY: I preferred this hammock to others because it had the best surface (one side was slightly fuzzy, the other was nylon), fasteners (sturdy metal clips for a cage or wrap around to the D rings, which are made of a no-mar material), and it was also the most affordable option. I am now happy that I made the choice. I will be happy to increase the length of the strap using the current clips and rings so that it will fit under the side table my cat has chosen. The provided straps may use a few extra inches of length, I did think and hope. However, a strap that is excessively lengthy could be difficult to put in cages and other seats.

purchased for my guinea pig, who is shy, and set it low and taught till she gets used to it. After giving her some hay on it to get her used to it, she was eating with her front legs rested on it after approximately five minutes.Even if she doesn't sleep on top of it, it's still worth owning, especially at such a fantastic price, because she is now enjoying napping under it and having some privacy.It's really adorable, of excellent quality, and the clasps are simple to open. The second one, which I got in two sizes small and given to a friend, was a great fit and both of her piggies were curled up in it inside ten minutes.

This is the cheapest window seat I've seen. It's extremely stuck on there even after I cleansed my glass and the suction cups before placing as others said. It is a good fit for my 12 lb cat. He simply prefers to sleep a bit closer to the edge, as you can see from the photo, but there is more than enough room for him. He also enjoys chewing on the wire and rubbing his cheek against it, but it doesn't appear like it will break. I have to use catnip since he never gets into it on his own. I believe the plastic cover's chemical odor is far too overpowering. Imagine how a cat, with their greater sense of smell, feels since that is a truly nauseating smell.——Update: My cat is currently using it. Although significantly diminished, the scent is still there.

Quite simple to put together. I've got three out of the four dowels in there and I feel like it's very robust even if one of the dowels (for stabilization) didn't line up. doesn't require much room, either.It's crucial to note that my cat... LOVES THIS! We've had it set up for a little over 24 hours, and he's been in it more often than not. He's really discriminating and often prefers a couch or bed to anything else, but he took to it right away. He left it, sort of, to eat. Still, that's it. The previous night, he slept so soundly in it that I had to rouse him up for breakfast. He adores it. Given how particular he is, my boyfriend was dubious, but the fact that I was right makes it much sweeter.
