After my last amplifier (a Rockville DB55) failed, I purchased this one. And I must state that this value is far superior. Avoid purchasing an off-brand amplifier like a Rockville, Boss, or similar model if you're thinking about it. At the time of writing, this item costs only $50 extra, but it sounds SO much better! Crisp highs, rich, clean midbass, and excellent power to drive a subwoofer. Furthermore, it has a volume that is at least twice as loud as my DB55. This amplifier offers exceptionally great value for the money. Plug and play made installing a breeze.I'm using a 12" Rockford Fosgate P2 Sub, a JVC KW-3935BTS head unit, JBL GTO609C components up front, and JBL Club 9630 in the back deck.*DIY installers note* If installing in a car, get a solid 90 AMP fuse. For your installation, make sure to get HIGH-QUALITY RCA wires. Even when I installed some inexpensive ones from Kicker on the opposite side of the car from my power line, the system was still noisy. replaced with a decent set of protected Crutchfield models, which fixed the problem. There is no denying that this amplifier offers outstanding value for the price you pay on Amazon; other well-known Japanese amplifiers just cannot compete. Power, quiet operation, bridged 2-ohm and 1-ohm stereo loads, a respectable clipping mechanism for setting gains, and a free bass control are all present.Although it doesn't have as clear of a sound as the other two brands, it sounds warm compared to the amp it replaced when it is operating at maximum load in stereo at 2 ohms and bridged at 4 ohms.The angled terminals are garbage; I was surprised they didn't strip at the angle I was trying to feed the wires. For me, the finish on mine was not even all the way around and scraped easily to the bare metal.Ultimately, nothing more potent than this could fit under the seat of my 2019 Crosstrek, and I have no plans to remove my seat and install a new one.

I really like the android head unit I have in my car; it performs all the functions I need and more. However, the integrated amp is incredibly weak, and it just lacked the strength to drive the Polk Audio speakers I had put to a respectable volume without experiencing significant distortion. I then began searching for a compact 4 channel amp to drive my mids and highs. I ultimately choose between this SCOSCHE and the ALPINE KTP-445U.Because I couldn't locate any information or reviews regarding this amp, despite the fact that it claimed to have higher power, I was torn between buying it and the Alpine unit. I had both in my cart, but one day I saw the SCOSCHE was discounted to roughly half the cost of the ALPINE unit, so I thought, "What the heck, I'll give it a shot."Since it is so compact, I was able to fit it below the dash. I used the RCA inputs and attached a 10ga power wire to the battery to ensure that it receives the voltage it requires. It has PLENTY of power; in fact, with the gain adjusted to roughly half, my speakers are now screaming even with the top out, whereas before I could hardly hear them. I used the EQ integrated into the head unit to tailor the sound to where I wanted it rather than using the crossover on the amp, which made installation quite simple. Overall, I'd say it was fantastic value and would STRONGLY recommend it to anyone looking for great sound in a compact container. This would be ideal for a boat, motorcycle, etc. with limited room.

Important: The low scores are due to the fact that most people are unaware of what this does. It doesn't "boost" the signal from your antenna. It takes the signal your antenna picked up and amplifies it so you may send it down the line inside your home to all of your numerous TVs located throughout. With a high-quality cable, the distance from your antenna to your TV may just be 10 to 20 feet. And if you go further away from your TV, you can still experience signal loss. You may then link this device close to the antenna and extend up to 4 cables out to the various locations in your home where you need the TV signal. This ensures that you can position your antenna in the best location (highest and directed at broadcast towers).a strong, well-made piece of machinery. I'm glad I avoided the cheap ones because I only saved $3 to $5. It has a cable that came with it, and I've extended it at least 50 feet, if not more, to a TV input, and it works fantastically. I have two channels bridged for my sub and am running my 2 1. A good amp for the money, it seems. We'll see how well it stands up because it's physically a little smaller than the Audiobahn amp it replaced and doesn't have a fan (the Audiobahn amp survived 12 years). Sound-wise, it's an amp, eh. That is OK.The power connections were a little too small for the 4ga welding cables I use for power (overkill, I know), and the "remote" connector doesn't work well with small-gauge remote wires, if I had to find something to criticize. Nothing major.Edit: I've had the amp for a little under six months at this point. Following are a few developments since my initial review:First, it appears that the output level is somewhat temperature-dependent. I've found that my preferred volume level, as shown by my head unit knob, is around 3 dB lower now that the weather is warmer. If the morning is cool and the afternoons are quite warm, I only notice this to a smaller extent, 1-2dB, every day.Second, I've noticed that chapters 1 and 2 occasionally "pop" or "crackle," like a vinyl LP. I believe it to be on all channels, but channels 3 and 4 are hooked to my subwoofer, which will block out high frequencies. Only at lower volumes are people able to hear the slight pop because it doesn't depend on the head-unit volume level. approximately every 20–30 seconds. I briefly switched back to the Audiobahn amp and still didn't hear it, but that could have just been coincidence, so I haven't ruled out the head-unit entirely.

For my 1996 240sx, I purchased this amplifier to power the front four speakers. I required an additional source of power in order to fully utilize the speakers in my inexpensive Chinese head unit.This amplifier has performed admirably thus far. Most likely a bit much simply for my speakers.The warranty isn't the only thing that stinks; Blaupunkt also went out of business after being sold a couple times a few years ago. If something goes wrong, it will be entirely up to Amazon or it will end up in my rubbish pile.A brief remark about the wiring I've used.There are NO high level inputs for this amplifier; it only accepts RCA inputs. Since I didn't know this at the time of purchase (and probably wouldn't have), I chose to try to make it work instead of returning it.I only have one set of RCA outs on my Android head unit, and they are for the subwoofer. But the software allows for this to be altered.For this amp, front and back RCA in are required. In order to overcome this, I previously purchased an equalization that I had never used, but which accepts a variety of inputs (one pair of RCA, line-in, Bluetooth, etc.) and outputs to the front and rear RCA. It also features a fader that mimics the front and back balance of a head unit. My head unit is connected to that equalization, followed by this Blaupunkt amplifier and a different amplifier for my subwoofer. Everything works out wonderfully, although it's a little more complicated than I had envisioned for this automobile.As I use the amplifier more or if anything bad occurs to it, I'll update this.
