Coleman ComfortSmart Cot Review:

THE BEST CAMPING BUY EVER!You will adore this bed. Put it in your shopping basket now, then return to finish reading my review. I promise it's worthwhile.Considering you added this to your shopping cart, let's begin. When it comes to my sleeping circumstances, I am quite particular. When my husband and I decided to go on a camping vacation, I told him we needed to find something comfy to sleep on because our mattress at home is a memory foam hybrid. I was sick of air mattresses being a money pit because they ALWAYS deflate and I have yet to locate one that lasts more than a few nights, even when placed on our clean, flat floor. I came found these when I started looking into cots. I'm so glad I did. It seems much more like a bed because the top pad is so soft and the canvas part of the cot has a lot of flexibility. These will be used together after we bought two of them. Pushing two together almost creates a queen-size bed. Ours came in two sturdy cardboard boxes, so Amazon must have noticed the complaints regarding the packing these are supplied in. This is the portable bed you need if you're sick of air mattresses and other such things.ADVANCED 8/25/2017These cots continue to be fantastic! These items have been moved around a lot, and numerous overnight visitors have slept on them. They remain the most comfortable alternative for a portable bed. I found these cots to be extremely comfy and have slept on them several times throughout my pregnancy, even though I am currently 38 weeks along. Coleman, thanks for a great product!

Camping Cot, 450LBS(Max Load), Portable Foldable Outdoor Bed with Carry Bag for Adults Kids, Heavy Duty Cot for Traveling Gear Supplier, Office Nap, Beach Vocation and Home Lounging Review:

Camping for scouts was the first application. I needed a sleeping cot that would be stable and wouldn't buckle because I am 6'5" and 240 pounds. This one was simple to assemble, compact, and most importantly, comfortable. When I first made my decision, the seller's other cot was never shipped... I cancelled that order and placed this one instead; it arrived on schedule.

Alpcour Folding Camping Cot – Deluxe Collapsible Single Person Bed in a Bag w/Pillow for Indoor & Outdoor Use – Ultra Lightweight, Comfortable, Heavy Duty Design Holds Adults & Kids Up to 300 Lbs Review:

This weekend while camping, I got to use this cot for the first time. I first gave it a shot at home. The cot kind of dips just a tiny bit, but enough for me to notice it in that leg curl position because I prefer to sleep on my side. Even if you're only resting on your back, you hardly realize it. Anyhow, it was really pleasant for me to sleep on top of the cot with one of those camp sleeping mats. Additionally, it made it slightly wider, which was advantageous when my dog decided to join the bed with me on a chilly camping night! It is incredibly comfortable to use the cot in combination with a sleeping mat. In order to prevent the pad from slipping, I also covered the entire thing with a fitted twin sheet. I had to sort of pinch a corner to keep it "tight." My friend was envious since I was completely glamping. The cot is really well-built. It just took me a handful of tries to fold it; I suppose I was just trying to make it harder. It is quite simple to use, folds like one of those folding chairs, and fits neatly back into its sleeve.

OSAGE RIVER Folding Camping Cot with Carry Bag, Portable and Lightweight Bed for Adults or Kids Review:

We purchased our cots because we frequently travel on work excursions with youth and missions when we must stay in churches or high school gyms. I got so annoyed with air mattresses that I didn't want to bother with them ever again. I've always slept chilly on an air mattress because I can't handle the cold creeping up from underneath me. I fell asleep quickly the first time I slept on this cot since it was nice, but I didn't have a pad on it, and I woke up cold. Since then, I've added the thermarest pad, which fixes the issue by reflecting the heat back at you. If you have a cold bed, I would advise that.Since my husband is six feet tall, I needed a cot that was both portable and of a size that wouldn't leave him dangling off of it. In addition, I wanted it to be simple enough for my daughter and I to erect and take down by ourselves without assistance. The cots are quite simple to set up, long enough for a man who is 6 feet tall, and wide enough to sleep on your side. Simply pull it open to reveal a camp chair. I also deliberately searched for something quiet as a feature. I didn't want to make a crinkling noise whenever I moved. With this cot, I didn't experience such issue. We are excited to have these traveling with us on our many upcoming adventures. They're great, and we've utilized them when we've had extra house guests.

REDCAMP Folding Camping Cots for Adults Heavy Duty, 28" - 33" Extra Wide Sturdy Portable Sleeping Cot for Camp Office Use, Blue Gray Green Review:

They were simple to open but difficult to push or snap into position. To prevent them from collapsing, you must flip the cots over and snap the bar in place. They work well if you are on a firm, flat surface, but in a tent with uneven ground, they tend to unsnap and begin to fold as you lay in it. One of the bags they arrived in was easy to open and slide the deflated cot back into, but the other was rigid. Given that they were both bought at the same time, it is strange. Anyhow, each cot comes with a free cushion, but I had to give it 5 stars in order to get my free pillows. However, because of the bag concerns and the need to snap the frame into place to prevent them from collapsing, they are good but not 5 star worthy, possibly a 3. But, they are not as cumbersome to handle as I had anticipated; however, I'm not sure how long those bags they are contained in will endure. To support these cots' heavy duty, those need to be stronger. Overall though, they are far superior to what you find in retailers like Walmart and the like. Price-wise, it was more than I wanted to pay, but after checking at Walmart and nearby shops, as I mentioned, I was unable to locate anything equal in terms of construction. The only additional feature that would have been good is a reclining position that could be adjusted so you could sit up if you wanted to.

TETON Sports Outfitter XXL Camping Cot; Camping Cots for Adults; Folding Cot Bed; Easy Set Up; Storage Bag Included Review:

These cots are amazing, really! Seriously. Despite the fact that I've gone camping a lot, I've never, ever slept that well! We slept on this cot for the first time during a camping trip, and I couldn't believe we slept until 8:30am the following morning! Even when I sleep in my own bed at home, I don't get up that early. The cot is expertly constructed. They were simple to put together for us. They slide into a carrier resembling a camping chair and fold up easily. To get the end rail in, you do need to use some force, but it's not a problem. Get ready for the extremely big size. the genuine "The "fabric" portion, which is where you actually lay down, is 40 inches broad, but the whole width with the rails is 43 inches. Given our normal height and weight, my spouse and I had more than enough room. Although it supported us comfortably as we both laid on one, we wouldn't want to sleep that way. But two kids might easily sleep on it together! I like to lie on my stomach and raise my arms above my head. I had enough of room at my head and feet when lying in this cot. On the cot, I could move about, and it remained firmly in place. So that you don't have to squat down to enter them, they are 19 inches off the ground. They take up more space than a twin bed. Our 6-man tent couldn't accommodate the two cots. For them to fit and still have room to walk inside the tent, we had to move up to a 15 x 9 tent. It was really comfortable once we put a sleeping bag on it and a fitted sheet on top of it (to keep the sleeping bag in place). I've included a picture of the two cots within our 15 x 9 tent (sorry, it's not very good) to demonstrate how they filled the space with their imposing size, along with a picture of my husband lying on a cot. He is 5'9 "190 lbs., too. I'm really happy we decided on these cots. They are a high-quality product that will probably be the last cot we ever have to purchase, so they are well worth the price. This cot will undoubtedly be used in my home as an extra bed for overnight visitors.

Coleman Camping Cot with Side Table | Pack Away Folding Cot with Table and Cup Holder Review:

Here is yet another thing we got for my husband to go to Scout camp. This will be his first year attending camp as a new Scoutmaster. He can bring a cot with him so that, as a leader, he is not forced to sleep on the ground. My spouse is not a little man, therefore he needed a solid cot that could support his weight. He really enjoys a number of features of the Coleman Pack Away Cot. One is that it is 80" long, sits 17" high, and can support up to 300lbs so he doesn't have to sit down as low to get on the cot. He also appreciates the metal cross-legs that fold down and back up with ease, allowing the folded cot to fit into a zippered container. He appreciates that a canvas flap covers the hinge in the middle of the side rails. He particularly appreciates the side table's ability to attach to either side of the cot as the final feature. Although this cot weighs just a little over 20 pounds, it will work well for camping in a location where he can park close to the campsite.

Magshion Portable Military Fold Up Camping Bed Cot + Free Storage Bag- 7 Colors Review:

I made an earlier purchase of this item this year, and I also did some camping this summer. I've spent a total of ten days sleeping on it.First of all, this is not something you want to carry around in your backpack. Actually, I would recommend this for a music festival because that is primarily what I used it for when I slept there. However, during the ten days of revelry this year, I have come to appreciate my cot much as one would their own bed. This item fits nicely in a two-person tent of normal size.On top of this, I placed a yoga mat and a camping mat.I consider this to be a luxury for anyone who goes to concerts, music festivals, or ren fairs and wants to cut costs while improving their comfort. The fact that it is off the ground and has storage room was the first and biggest bonus. This is advantageous because I frequently carry a musical instrument, and I am convinced that it won't be damaged by this. Storage is quite important in a 2-person tent! In addition, you can sit up and put on your shoes outside because it doesn't deflate. Third, sleeping better and staying warmer on chilly evenings.Really, air bags are so chilly. At this point, I detest them. The best option is a cot because it is off the ground, is comfy, and keeps you warm. I could keep on, but they don't pop! On a crowded bus, this item was frequently jostled, saving my life by allowing me to lay down comfortably. I'm over here on team cots.

Milliard Lightweight Folding Bed with Mattress – Cot Size -74 by 31-Inches Review:

I'm lying on this cot while I write this review. To start, the description indicates that it is 31" by 79". That is NOT correct; the actual dimension of the bed or mattress, which is what counts the most (note that we mentioned bed, not frame), is 30.5 x 71.5, which is far smaller than the 79 indicated. Now that I'm a 6' tall, 190-pound large guy, my legs almost touch the bed frame unless I lay my head on the edge of the mattress, in which case they won't touch, of course. It will take some getting accustomed to, but I slept on this cot tonight and felt very refreshed. initially a little tossing and turning, but after that everything went well. The reason I gave it a 4 and not a 5, instead of a 5, is because the springs dip in quite a bit when you are on top of it, allowing it to flex and support your weight. In essence, it somewhat dips you into the bed, but it is obvious. Of course, if you weigh 160 pounds or less, this might not be the case. I would advise them to strengthen the springs to support the weight as they are quite weak and stretch too much for a large adult. Other than that, it's an excellent value, a decent cot for the money, and you can't really go wrong. Even more affordable than when I purchased it. So, if you're looking for an excellent, affordable lightweight cot, go for it. Click the yes button at the bottom if you found this review to be helpful.

Mountain Trails Base Camp Cot Review:

For our three-year-old grandson, I purchased the Mountain Trails cot. I looked for a cot that was low to the earth, had no central bar or exposed metal edges (I used to refer to this as the "hump of death"), and was low to the ground. $36.95 is an incredible price! I liked how it was a little broader and longer than other cribs. It came swiftly and in nice shape. We used ordinary twin sheets that were tucked under the legs to keep them in place and a cot pad that I purchased that fit perfectly (see photo). It was a hit with our grandson, and his parents were relieved he didn't try to get into their bed.We put the cot together in approximately 15 minutes (it helps to have 2 people). One of us held it up lengthwise while the other worked on the side bars and legs rather than setting it on the ground and kneeling as instructed. The side bars—three pieces assembled for each side—were slid down the edges while one person held the cot. It is necessary to stretch and work the cloth edge over the side bar's end. Once the bars were in place, one person supported the cot while the other threaded a leg through two holes, much like stringing a bow.
