These bookmarks are fashioned of box board, the same material used in cereal boxes. Although they are strong enough to complete the task, they are not built to last. I'm not upset about the pricing. You receive 30 of these, so even if you misplace, bend, or otherwise damage a few of them (in my case, my cat likes to steal them and tear them to pieces with his teeth), there will still be plenty left over. The map layout appeals to me. After all, books can transport you to far-off locations, so it's always a good idea to carry a map so you don't get lost or forget your place when reading. These bookmarks only have a printed side; the other side is completely white. Although it would be wonderful if both sides were printed, you get a lot for a cheap price, so you can't really complain. Overall, decent, affordable bookmarks that do their purpose.

These were purchased for my 7-year-old daughter, who occasionally gets lost on the page now that she is reading chapter books. She can maintain her focus on only that sentence at a time and stay on the correct line thanks to the colorful strip in the middle. The strips are fairly thick and function as bookmarks as well. The green and blue strips are considerably darker than what is depicted, and because they are dark colors, they are worthless for reading what is underneath; you really need to press your face near to the book to see through them. This is why the review is only given four stars. The rest of the colors are simple to read through, but we simply threw those two away. Overall, this multipack for early readers is inexpensive and useful.

These were a tremendous hit among my kids who received them as end-of-year gifts from me! I adored the variety of color and design options, and many of my pupils struggled mightily to choose just one. I decided to offer these to the students as a gift along with Halloween pencils after reading a Halloween story to a kindergarten class. They were adored by all. This timer is a favorite of my son's and he carries it everywhere. Due to his ADHD, this has been a huge help in keeping my kid on task throughout the day. He sets the timer himself, and when it goes off, he feels validated, so we no longer argue about whether it has been 20 minutes or 18 minutes. My son uses the alarm all day, so it's wonderful that it's not too loud because I wouldn't like to have an alarm going off every 20 to 30 minutes. Although the bookmark portion is rather durable, the buttons themselves are only functional and reasonably priced. I heartily endorse.
