We homeschool our children, so we always have a lot of books and workbooks available. The kids may grab their books easily with the help of these vibrant magazine holders. They enjoy the vibrant hues. We previously used cardboard magazine holders, which were easily damaged and uninteresting metal ones found at office supply stores. So far, they have been the greatest. They can also be used to store crayons, pencils, and other school supplies.

I looked at several different display bookcase options before settling on this one. The materials, sizes, and prices offered by merchants on Amazon and elsewhere vary greatly. Although not the cheapest, this one is in the low to middle price bracket. The wood is attractive and strong. It is not enormous, but it is big enough to fit the number of books in the picture without any difficulty. Because each ledge is only a few inches deep, you may stack books of different sizes to put more on each shelf or display just one book on each one. My four-year-old has no trouble climbing to the top of this bookcase to collect the books and put them back. In comparison to a regular bookshelf where he can only see the book's spine, he is 10 times more likely to take a book from this one.It arrived in a big box. You won't have any trouble assembling this if you've ever put anything from Ikea together. I assembled it with the assistance of my four-year-old in about 20 minutes. To ensure that no pieces are attached incorrectly or in another way, it is necessary to carefully follow the directions. This bookcase is deeper than an usual bookshelf and stores fewer books than a typical bookshelf would carry, but if you want your child to be more likely to remove books off the shelf on their own, then you should get this bookcase!

The fact that this organizer is entirely recyclable and contains (at least in part of) post-consumer recycled material is fantastic. However, neither the manufacturer's website nor the product's packaging provide any instructions. Quite unusual! Nevertheless, I was able to figure it out, so I hope this is helpful to others who buy the product.Notes:a) To get an idea of how the mailbox will appear when it is put together, make sure you look at the product photo before reading the rest of this article.b) By realizing that the blue surfaces of the elements face either upwards or inwards, you can resist reaching for the whiskey or aspirin (though the whiskey might not be a bad idea anyway).c) The kit consists of three parts:- The "base," which consists of the mailbox's top, sides, and back. The two vertical divisions and supports are provided by a "insert" component that fits into the base.- Nine shelf components that are slotted to fit into the slots in the "insert" area.Let's begin!1. The biggest component of the kit is called the "foundation," so find it.2. Turn the base so the four odd-shaped flaps are facing up and square it off. When put together, these will form the mailbox's back.3. The upfacing flaps must be lowered so they interlock in the manner described below:- Fold the wide-side flap with the broadest outside edge in first.- Next, lower the two flaps on the narrow side.- At last, fold the last wide-side flap down and tuck it underneath the first wide-side flap you did so.4. Turn the base so the area you just finished working on is facing down. You will now be working in the open area to install your shelves and supports.(I sincerely hope this explanation makes sense because the "insert component" is a little tough.)5. Lay the "insert" flat with the blue side facing up and one of the biggest sides facing in your direction.6. Keep in mind that the "insert" has many scorings so that you can fold it correctly for assembly.7. Use the innermost score lines to determine where to fold the right and left sides. Now, with the remaining score lines in each piece facing up, you should have something resembling the letter U.8. Using the remaining score lines as a guide, fold the right and left sides outward. With the pieces facing up and blue surfaces on both the right and left, you have something that resembles a smaller version of the letter U.9. Set the insert in the base, rotating it so the three tabs extending from one of the wide edges is closest to you. Take note that the base now includes the beginning of the three sections for your shelves after they are assembled. When you're finished, the edge with the three tabs will be the top of the mailbox.10. Take the first shelf piece and observe that it is a little bit broader than the base. This is due to the fact that after the unit is put together, the tabs on each level must be folded in to provide vertical support between the shelves. The blue side of each of these tabs should be facing in as you fold them. You'll discover that one on each side must be folded up, followed by the other.(Before you go any further, please note that the sides of the base facing you include long, narrow flaps, which may be marginally linked to each other at this time; just make sure they stay facing up for now.11. Once the slots in the first shelf and the insert are lined up, slide the shelf in place with its blue tab facing you. Continue sliding the shelf down until it hits the base's rear. You're on the correct track if the blue surfaces of the three tabs in the base and the three tabs in the inserted shelf all face in the same direction.12. To help prevent the insert sections from slipping right or left and to maintain the pieces in a nice alignment from top to bottom, lock the fronts of the insert above and below the shelf (there are slight extensions on the insert edges that drop into slots on the shelf).13. As you did with the first shelf unit, continue to insert the remaining units; you might need to fiddle with the support tabs a little to get them to overlap correctly and have the blue surfaces show in each instance.14. The lengthy base flaps should finally be folded in so they can lock into the shelves above and below each one. That's all there is to it; your final output should resemble the product image quite closely.Congratulations!

It takes up the most space in the kit.2. Square the base and flip it over so the four strangely shaped flaps are facing up. When put together, these will form the mailbox's back.3. The upfacing flaps must be lowered so they interlock as shown in the following manner:- Fold the wide-side flap with the broadest outside edge in first.- Next, lower the two flaps on the narrow side.- At last, fold the last wide-side flap down and tuck it underneath the first wide-side flap you did so.4. Rotate the base so the area you just finished working on is facing downward. You will now be working in the open area to install your shelves and supports.(I sincerely hope this explanation makes sense because the "insert component" is a little tough.)5. Once you've located the "insert," lay it flat with the blue side facing outward and one of the edges closest to you.6. You must fold the "insert" in the proper position for assembly because it is scored in multiple places.7. Fold the right and left sides inward, aligning them with the innermost score lines. Make sure they continue to face up for the time being. When the mailbox is finished, these will aid in keeping the shelf supports in place.11. Align the slots in the insert and the shelf by sliding the first shelf (with its blue tab facing you) into position. Then, slowly lower it until it reaches the base's rear. You're on the correct track if the blue surfaces of the three tabs in the base and the three tabs in the inserted shelf all face in the same direction.12. To help prevent the insert sections from slipping right or left and to maintain the pieces in a perfect alignment from top to bottom, lock the fronts of the insert above and below the shelf (there are slight extensions on the insert edges that slide into slots on the shelf).13. Insert the remaining shelf units in their respective positions as you did with the first one; you might need to fiddle with the support tabs a little to get them to overlap correctly and with the blue surfaces showing in each instance.14. The long base flaps should now be folded inward so that they can lock into the shelves above and below each one. That's all there is to it; your final output should resemble the product image quite closely.Congratulations!

*UPDATE* These items are still in good shape a year after my initial purchase! At least twice a month, I haul them out to my packed van where I put up my display before bringing them back inside the house for storage. They're still fantastic; I have six for my business and am thinking about getting a few more for my personal bookcase. Gratitude to Classroom Keepers! There are instructions in the box. *Original review* They are also on this page in case you somehow miss them. Although it doesn't arrive assembled, I think you could figure out the directions if you gave it a chance. And what a lovely, affordable way to show off my books! I've spent hundreds of dollars on other metal book displays, but they are hefty and easily break in the back of my car. These, on the other hand, are incredibly light and stack like pieces in a Tetris game. I currently have 4, and when I acquire another table, I'll be getting 2 more.

This is a wonderful item for my tiny flat. Because several of the screws fell loose when I took it out of the box after it arrived, I didn't give it five stars. I had to fix it with my screwdriver. Other than that, I adore it! It's also important to note that my local Marshall's had been the same ladder. Unfortunately, the ladder was sold out after I made my decision to buy. I was fortunate to find this one on Amazon.
