Forget it if the product's low price causes you to have doubts about it. I only purchased the suction cups to install a 6 foot, 80-pound glass shower door. They allowed me to easily lift the door and hold it in place as my wife put the bolts in. Although a leaflet that was included in the package advised using them to seal gaps that have developed between the ends of laminate flooring boards, I initially assumed it might be the only time I used them. They were faultless (attach suction cup and bang on its frame in the direction you want the floorboard to go). One suction cup was also utilized to take off creaky stair treads that had partially come unglued. fantastic stuff

As the re-order arrived, I was able to understand why the product didn't arrive when promised since the packaging was damaged and unable to transport. The thin cardboard in the box might easily be harmed during travel because it wasn't in a shipping box. Nevertheless, this set worked okay and was quite easy to use. Backing into a trash can caused a minor ding to appear on the back of my Escape; this was the only ding or blemish the vehicle had. The best outcome could not be obtained in a single attempt, but if carefully repeated several times, it might be profitable. First effort, the impression was successful. The smallest crease was the most difficult to remove, but by repeatedly applying a line of glue to the puller pad that matched the crease, I was able to ensure that no one else would ever be able to locate the ding. There is just the slightest indentation mark left, and even that would require careful inspection. I am therefore generally happy with the outcome.

I've previously repaired holes in the basement floor with various bondo solutions, but it was for automobiles. Since the holes are in a utility room, I want to be able to paint the floor. The holes were those little divots you get when you tear out a wall. It required two layers for the deeper holes when I used it, but it was incredibly effective.Then, we applied some to coat a prop my son is creating for a convention, and it performed admirably there as well.Maybe I'll try it on a car someday:)It's simple to mix, and setup time is quick enough to work on strange things without being too quick. Simply combine little quantities one at a time. Start with a little amount of bondo if you've never used one before, and add more as it dries or as you work on other places. You can work more expansively after you become acclimated to it. It is simpler to sand if you start immediately away after it dries than if you wait a few days and return to it.This was less expensive than floor repair kits, and I've heard that unlike those for floors, it takes paint well. When I paint it, we'll find out.

When I bought the repair kit, I wasn't sure what the outcome would be, but I though it was worth the cost to attempt it. I was dismayed to find that the puller's foot was disconnected when the kit arrived, but the long screw and nut were in the bag, so I was able to quickly fix it. On the quarter panel of my Mini Cooper, I had three little dents that I wished to remove. I was successful in getting rid of the dents to my satisfaction after following the directions and some trial and error. I discovered that in order to get rid of any ripples or minor indentations, you have to lift the dents several times at various points. One thing that would be beneficial is if the instructions clarified the functions of the various glue tabs' colors and forms. I probably spent an hour working on it, but now that I know how to use the tools, I think I could cut that time in half. I bought this repair kit and it saved me over $40. I intend to apply it to all of my vehicles. Anyone who appreciates a challenge and can use their hands well should do this, in my opinion.

This kit is really awesome. The instruments themselves are of good quality—not exceptional—but unquestionably adequate. The knockout points and blender hammer were a little rough as fresh, so I went ahead and polished them. I liked the black glue better, and I also liked not having it dry for more than a minute or two (I'm in north Texas) to prevent over-pulling. If you over-pull, you have to work really hard to knock it back down, and as a novice, I just don't do well at this.A good tech should be able to remove the majority of glue-pullable dents given this assortment of glue tabs.You'll be able to see your high points and discover dents you weren't aware of if I really light the light board:)Remember that compared to a rod-based method, glue pulls are typically less exact and need more patience. However, a whole set of high-quality rods is quite pricey, and it might be challenging for a new guy to determine what rods you'd need. Or, let's be honest, how to actually use them.Overall, the tool selection in the set is good, and you have almost everything you need to try glue pulls on all of your dents. Although they did provide you an empty spray bottle, the alcohol was not included.Update: I've uploaded some images. The first three show the worst/deepest hail ding I ever experienced. I attempted to catch it with the adhesive tabs but was unsuccessful since it began oil-canning. I used a whale-tail tool to press from underneath the brace. I sanded it down, but I went through the paint, so it will need to be touched up. It is now mostly gone.The fourth image is my hood, which I finished last. My abilities were stronger than when I first started, but I chose to emphasize one of the more difficult dents.I still believe that this kit is great overall. With my considerable hail damage, I didn't get expert results, but I did manage to significantly improve it. Additionally, I can always go back and try to make improvements if something jumps out at me now that I have the tools.

This is of excellent quality and is exactly what it claims to be. Suction is quite strong, and it feels fairly durable. I was able to generate good suction while pulling on it with my entire weight to try to remove a large dent from my car (it didn't work as well as I had hoped, but that is not the product's problem).

Product delivers on its promise if you're prepared to put in the effort! Has a dent that was 4.75 inches in diameter and.375 inches deep. Thankfully, there were no creases in the dent. The entire repair process lasted roughly two hours. I learned several things from using both black and yellow sticks that I may share with you: a) When twisting the knob, put on cushioned gloves. Your hands will be saved if you can identify the thread and utilize a nut and ratchet. b) To improve your productivity, attach several tips to large dents at once. d) Make sure the aluminum bar tool is absolutely perpendicular to the stud while using the yellow stick and a large pad. If not, it will be difficult to remove the pad. This will assist in ensuring that you aren't competing with yourself over the level. This was a fairly decent product all around. The fact that the tool was made of aluminum and did not break under my heavy use made me very satisfied. Fortunately, because there were so many tips included, I was still able to finish the task. There were a few tips where the thread came loose from the plastic pad. My greatest complaint is that it takes a lot of effort to spin the stud with the handle or knob. I would have experienced a great deal less discomfort if I had a ratchet tool adapter! Overall, this kit worked well for me if you want to complete the task at a level of 80% and are prepared to put in the work. I found a New Horizon video on YouTube, which was also quite helpful.

Not quite on par with a body shop, but still worth it. I had five dents, and I was able to make two of them fully vanish, one almost completely disappear, and the other two much better. very user-friendly The first dent, which was on the hood, had the appearance of a sharp rock falling from the sky since it had a sharp pinhole in the center and a circle depression around it. On my first try, I gave the adhesive just four minutes to cure, and it came off right away. I gave the second effort eight minutes to dry. It left the little pinhole-shaped ding in the middle but fully erased the circular area of the dent. A much smaller disc attachment, in my opinion, would have eliminated it even further. There was one more dent on the door and one that appeared to be hail damage on the hood, but they were both removed and are now completely invisible. The removal of a fourth dent, which was about 3" long and appeared to have been caused by the end of a 2 x 4 board, was nearly flawless. The only issue is that it left a very slight elevated area, which I haven't yet attempted to tamp down. It looks so much better now, but I'm a little apprehensive to try that for fear of making it worse. The fifth ding was situated on a crease and just over the rear wheel well. Although I was able to significantly fix it, it is still fairly obvious. With additional tries, I believe I can make it better. Every attempt makes a little bit of progress, but this one was difficult and need a body shop to make it flawless once more. Overall, I'm really happy that I was able to fix all of these dents for a very low price in an hour. Now I don't have to see these dings every day to be reminded of them. I would advise anyone with even the slightest mechanical skill to give this a shot. Alcohol worked well to easily remove the glue off the car without harming the paint's sheen.

I got this little gentleman to fix a dent the size of my palm on the lift gate of my SUV. I decided against purchasing a larger size suction cup because there are some crease lines in the dent region because it could be difficult to create a tight seal. I could maneuver the dent area with this 2-inch-diameter cup while keeping a firm grasp.I did the following after viewing various YouTube DIY videos: Cleaning the dent's surface with window cleaners is step one. Steps two and three involve boiling water being poured over the dent region. Step four involves using a suction cup to the dent location right away and pulling. After a few minutes of pulling, 90% of the dent was gone. Step 2, where hot water is used to soften the metal in the dent region before removing, is what I discovered to be the key.Overall, I'm happy with my purchase because it saved me hundreds of dollars' worth of body shop work for less than $10.
