Switch has a fantastic appearance and works well. The LED on the twin USB is continually lit, and that's the only thing I have to complain about. But after making a few adjustments, I was able to turn on and off the USB hub using the first rocker button.The instructions that came with the panel are really vague, however the switch still works perfectly even if I didn't connect the yellow ground wire. It would have been more beneficial to have a short text document explaining the different wire colours and their functions.If any issues arise, I'll update the review.

I bought these switches so that I could use them to switch low power (12 VDC) patio and landscape lighting. Although I haven't put them yet because I'm still building the patio, I have tested them, and the small blue always-on light on each one makes it simple to find the switches in the dark. Of course, the larger blue light makes it obvious when a switch is turned to the "on" position.They will be placed on the corner of an outdoor kitchen with masonry siding, right below the countertop level. I made a hole in a weatherproof plastic box I got on Amazon that was almost the same length and breadth as the switch panel and mounted the switches inside. The box will be attached to the kitchen's concrete block structure, and the stone that has been laid on the block's face will butt into the box, creating just enough of a reveal to make it simple to access the switches.Naturally, I have no idea how the switches will perform over time. Since the switches don't fit as securely against their panel as they may, the rubber gasket seal under the bezel of each switch probably won't adequately seal the switches from moisture without some help, which is why it only received 4 ratings as opposed to 5. So I'm going to skip using them and instead wrap each switch's back in a tiny silicone bead. Except for this, the switches look great and work well.

I bought this to use with the four switches for the bilge pump, running lights, depth finder, and live well pump on a yacht I am renovating. Item is well built and appears to employ excellent switches and heavy duty internal wiring (have separately hooked a trolling motor and electric start outboard into the boat wiring). The installation instructions were simple enough for someone with my level of wiring experience to incorporate this into a 12 volt boat system. When the switch box gets power, blue lights will be on. Switches that are turned on have blue lights that are brighter than switches that are off. I've charged my phone while fishing using the USB port. I suggest this to others who are wiring up boats or other comparable vehicles, and I would most certainly buy it again for myself.

In order to turn off power to my 12-volt power supply port, I intended to place a switch in the truck's dashboard. Even with the truck off, the 12-volt outlet where I planned to place my phone's charger always draws power. The LED light is not overly bright when driving at night thanks to how effectively this switch functioned. The switch didn't quite fit the 3/4" hole I cut, despite the fact that it was specified that these switches should be placed with a 3/4" hole. In order to correctly install the switch, you must also cut away the two little tabs that were present on these switches. Nothing that a tiny file can't take care of. Although I wouldn't blame the product for this, I would prefer it to hold snugly. Additionally, I and other reviewers have saw dents and scuffs on the switch faces. Many reviewers were led to believe that these switches were used as a result. That isn't the case, in my opinion. These blemishes, in my opinion, were acquired as a result of loose packaging. Most likely, they simply bumped into one another in their different containers.

I needed this switch specifically to update the electronics on my outdated Bass Tracker. The center (yellow and blue) cables that keep the tiny indicator lights on continuously were the ones I decided to unplug. It's not a major deal; I simply didn't want the battery to experience the slight drain. As a result, the switches became standard 5-blade switches. The actual switches themselves are fairly well sealed in terms of water resistance. Even though I got wet, the switches worked just fine. A little rubber gasket is built onto the panel itself to seal it against the console or whatever you are attaching it to. beautiful small switch panel In all honesty, I wish I had purchased the 8 gang rather than the 6 gang to enable the future addition of more components.
