They're excellent! Due to my young children and desire to attempt to keep as much of the bird food off the floor as possible, I actually ended up purchasing 3. I can add food, drink, or open the door to let my parrots out by sliding one or all of them up or down the cage. They don't seem to mind, and occasionally they'll even climb on the cage using the elastic bands. They haven't bit holes in them or gotten their nails snagged on anything, so yet. I initially only used one of the nets, but they always managed to hurl things over or under it. The number 3 feels ideal for my cage. Even though it's not as frequent as it once was, food still gets out occasionally, which helps prevent my toddler from placing his fingers in the cage. My parrots are just a few months old, so they occasionally bite, albeit usually not very hard. This is because they are still getting used to being held, petted, and caressed. It gives me some peace of mind knowing that my small boys' little fingers are safe.

UEETEK Bird Seed Guards Catchers Bird Cage Tidy Bird Cage Mesh Net Cover Skirt (White) Review:

This is fantastic; we bought it for a lovely bird who is 14 years old and also recently gave him a new cage. As you can see from the picture, this seed catcher is effective since all of the seed shells stay inside the cage. Pretty birds enjoy millet spray, and without this screen, the spray would end up all over the floor.

Prevue Pet Products Mesh Bird Seed Catcher Review:

According to the seed guard box, it fits cages with a circumference of 50 to 100 inches (not diameter as described on the Amazon page). With a circumference of 98 inches, this fits snugly yet still works perfectly in my cage. I don't understand why a different reviewer can't make it fit. Because my birds' food tray is almost at the middle of the cage's height and the guard should rise at least a few inches above the food tray to keep the mess in, I use two overlapping seed guards (the bottom one overlapping the top one). One guard should suffice if your food dish is near the bottom of the cage. With my present set up, the mess is contained to around 90% of it. Simply vacuuming the seeds from the guard's bottom and cleaning the cage tray roughly once every two weeks will do.

After getting a bigger cage, I had to change the seed collector net on the bird cage because the previous net wouldn't fit. I got this net since I didn't want to deal with measuring, and it can be simply adjusted with its elastic cinch and toggles. Thanks to the adjustable elastic on the top and bottom, it can easily accommodate a birdcage that is considerably broader than the one I have in addition to a smaller one. I really like how much wider this net is than the previous one we had. It's around eight inches wide compared to a foot. Additionally, the tight-knit netting performs an excellent job of capturing the husks from seeds. Excellent value; highly recommended.
