I intended to hang gymnastics rings from two of these. They are large, well-made, and seem to be of professional quality. They are also quite simple to use, which is convenient if you're sitting 20 feet up on a ladder!Unfortunately, I had to guess the I-Beam size (rather than again renting the ladder), and it was 10", making the model I purchased a little bit too big. I was very graciously allowed to return the goods by Amazon.If your application calls for them, I would most definitely advise them. I was unable to test if they would become more pliable with time.

The p1000 track was purchased from Menards after I purchased the trolley wheels from Amazon. In order to create a trolly lift to lift steel plates, I mounted them onto a 440 lb hoist. I screwed together two pieces of angle iron after drilling them, sandwiching the trolley wheels between them. The hoist was then attached to the angle iron after that. The project was straightforward and self-explanatory. The system is excellent. The wheels are a great fit and roll very well. The track is sturdy and exhibits zero flex. This can't possibly go wrong. I welded two tracks together since I required 16 feet. I had to place stops on the ends of the rails because the wheels move so easily and I didn't want it to inadvertently fly off. The cost of the hoist, the two sets of wheels, and both track lengths was roughly $50, $50, and $49, respectively. About $200 and a half days were spent on the entire endeavor. I ought to have completed this long ago. Awesome.

There isn't enough room within the channel to slip the trolley in and fasten it with a lag bolt and washer. Better would be wheels that are 1/8 inch smaller. The problem is washer thickness against wheel diameter. Now I have to find a different way to hang the channel—ugh!

This hanger works well with the Unistrut P2749-EG 2 trolley caster when a Unistrut rail is being utilized. Because there was so little room, I didn't need to stop in order to keep the door from falling off the trolley track. Additionally, this hanger was able to fit the 1 5/8 unistrut snugly enough that I did not need to use any bonding to keep the rail from shifting inside the hanger.I used a three and a half inch wood screw to reach through this portion and firmly into the wood because I needed to anchor this piece to a two by four for my project. But using just a flat washer left too much room around the wood screw. This component moved about quite a bit when I tried to move it with my hand. To use as a sleeve around the wood screw, I therefore cut a two inch long piece of 1/4 inch inside diameter black pipe. The 7/16 hole could be filled with this outer diameter. This holder was securely fixed to the wall with no movement at all after I placed a washer over the hole's opening and tightened the wood screw.

The linear slide I improvised for the passenger seat on my bus conversion to roll forward with the driver over the opposing wall worked perfectly! It has around a 1/16" of play, so I have to find out how to shim it or construct a bearing sleeve to reduce chatter. I only wish the tolerance was a little tighter.

good cart for the money. While the other two wheels are stationary, two of them can swivel. The only reason I gave it four instead of five stars is because of that. It can be a little challenging to handle this at times because 2 of the wheels cannot swivel. To see if we can find a set that fits the height and hole sizes to replace them, I'm going to take one of the swivel wheels to a home improvement store. It's quite durable. On this contraption, I was able to pull my 270-pound spouse without experiencing any problems with the handle or the wheels. By merely standing on the bottom bar and pressing it forward, the handle may be folded flat with ease. You can tell it's correctly in position because it snaps into place firmly and audibly. At one time, I could move two 50-gallon Sterilite totes. Although they do dangle over the edge, the handle is sufficiently strong to prevent it from toppling. Anything bigger than that I wouldn't transport. However, we purchased two of these and literally placed our mattresses and dressers on them. A movable strap held the two carts tightly together while the handles were located at each end. Due to the lack of 4 swivel wheels, you still require 2 persons to move it in this direction.

With the help of two of these casters and a stick of 1 5/8 unistrut, I constructed a sliding door for a tiny attic storage area. This door weighs a lot because it is made of plywood, one-inch boards, and two by fours. These casters perform flawlessly. The door effortlessly opens. Keep in mind that there is very little space between the unistrut and the portion of the caster that bolts to your surface while working on your project. Therefore, you will have to offer the space in the shape of a few washers if you need a little additional room in there. Before you bolt the caster to whatever you are attaching it to, make sure your measurements are accurate. Once the caster is fastened, adjustment is not possible. To enable for side-to-side adjustability, the screw hole is not oblong. Because it is a little round hole, the door won't move in the future.
