Bosmere S41110 Down Under Plant Turner, 12", Black Review:

For a couple of very huge plants I've been nurturing for years, I bought 2 of these in black. We also purchased one for our 12-foot rubber tree in the color terra cotta. Even more likely is the weight of my Peace Lily, who is perched on one of the black ones. When before, my plants were stationary and leaned toward the light, I can now regularly turn them with absolutely no effort thanks to these rotating saucer stands because they don't leak and can support the weight just fine. My plants now appear full and even after purchasing these more than a month ago. When I placed my order, I had no worries at all. This was a great and sound purchase, and until something drastically changes, I hope to get more in the future. If they come in smaller sizes, which I haven't yet found out about, that would be fantastic. I would use these below all of my plants. I'm going to look into that right away. I appreciate you making my plants appear to have been grown by a pro. A

Victorinox 40415 Turner Slotted Wood 3x6 Review:

I really enjoy this product. Some reviewers complained that the metal tang was not ground equally with the handle or that the wood handle was rough. None of that was discovered. While not as slick-smooth as it may be if lacquered, the untreated wood handle is acceptable sanded, and the rivets fit snugly. I would advise anyone purchasing an unfinished wood handled utensil to 1) immediately apply some food grade mineral oil or butcher block oil to the handle and then occasionally over time to protect it from splintering, and 2) please, please, please only hand wash the spatula (a dishwasher will do in wood handles on any utensil in a New York minute).I did discover that the spatula's front edge was little coarser than I had anticipated, but with a little work with some 400 grit wet or dry sandpaper, I was able to get it just where I needed it. Given that this spatula cost less than half as much as the Wustoff Gourmet fish spatula, which is undoubtedly the best in class, I didn't find it to be a deal-breaker. Although I am generally happy with the product, I only gave it 4 stars because I had to put some effort into getting it in excellent condition. If anything changes, I will post an update.

Mercer Culinary Hell's Handle Grill Scraper, 4 Inch x 4-1/2 Inch, Maroon Review:

purchased the 8"x 4" Turner and the 6"x 5" Heavy Duty Turner. The second parameter is blade width. Blades barely flex (mostly at the handle). Both are upright on the counter or grill. The blade has NSF Certification marks engraved into it. It's nice to hold the handle. These are excellent tools. On the blade it says Taiwan. As opposed to other less expensive turners I own, I did not need to break the edge (sand down the hard/burred edge). In your standard cooking pans, these will appear to be incredibly enormous. These sized tools will function really well if you utilize a flattop griddle. I am able to flip two 4" pancakes at once using the 8x4 turner. I was also flipping 2 to 10 bacon slices at once. A suitable size is the 4" width. For larger pancakes, the 5" turner works great, and it also makes a great scraper. I initially purchased a 6x5 turner, but I found that the 8x4 is my go-to for griddle cooking. If you desire high-quality kitchen tools, I strongly suggest.

HOT TARGET Set of 3-7, 9, 12 inches, Black Color, Heavy Duty, Non-Stick, Stainless Steel Silicone BBQ and Kitchen Tongs (Can Also Be Used as BBQ Turners), (Pack of 3, Black) Review:

After buying a very good set of pots and pans, I bought these tongs. I didn't want anyone to use any of the metal-tipped tongs I had on my new pots and pans. These are excellent. The can easily grasp food. It is ideal to have three different sizes depending on what I am making. The biggest one was used on the grill by my husband, and it still looks brand new. (But I instructed him to use the tongs intended for the grill!) The lock's poor holding power would be the only drawback. They have occasionally popped open for me, but given how wonderful they are to use, I can live with that. They complement the other pieces in my utensil holder nicely. They wash up nicely. No rust issues have been reported thus far. Although I don't wash mine in the dishwasher, I can't think of any reason you couldn't. I truly enjoy this package as a whole. I'd suggest them to everyone.

New Star Foodservice 36350 Wood Handle Grill Turner/Spatula with Cutting Edge and 4-Inch Wide Blade, 16-Inch Review:

To press hamburgers on the griddle like they do at steak and shake in order to produce a crispy, thin burger patty, that's why I bought it. This particular burger is a kid favorite. Under the force, the steel on this product bends. Perhaps I am using this in a way that it was not designed to be, but it seemed solid. The front edge is pretty nice. Anything I can unstick. Good stuff, but not what I was looking for. Updated: In my kitchen, this has proven to be a really reliable item. If I apply significant pressure, the steel might flex, but the design and cutting edge more than make up for any shortcomings. I now use it as a quick way to cut during preparation on my grill, skillets, and cutting edge. After a few months of use and hand washing, it still looks brand new. I'm giving this item a rating of 5 stars.

GIR: Get It Right Premium Silicone Spatula Turner | Heat-Resistant up to 550°F | Nonstick Pancake Flipper, Egg Spatula, Kitchen Spatula | Mini - 11 IN, Black Review:

It's a spatula, and like all spatulas, it can turn fish and flip omelets. It initially appears to be a relatively common spatula. The ease with which it completes these chores, however, is what earns it five stars in my book. I can pick up sunny side up eggs without shattering the yolks because to the thin, asymmetrical, beveled edge's ease of access under food. Naturally, silicone is secure (and best for) nonstick cookware. As a result of the handle's tilt, manipulating a crowded pan requires less dexterity. The entire spatula is hard enough to feel comfortable in the hand but flexible enough to maneuver through challenging circumstances. Its utility goes beyond cooking activities, since the absence of grooves and seams makes cleaning simple. It's a pretty well-designed spatula for the price. You can't go wrong with it if you have nonstick cookware and need a practical, capable, and all-around tool for flipping and turning.

OXO Good Grips Wooden Spoon Set, 3-Piece Review:

These spoons are quite lovely. They have an intriguing design with a broader, more ergonomic handle and a little more "scoop" than a normal flat wooden spoon. They are good, and I believe they will perform a good job.The reviews I read stated that the spoons were uneven. They didn't look very rough when I originally got them, but after a first wash, the wood's surface did open up a little and they did become noticeably rough, so I sanded and oiled them. Although it only takes a few minutes to sand them, I would have happily paid more to have them fully sanded and even oiled.I started with smoothing out the rough parts with 150 grit sandpaper, then used 220 grit to give them a soft, smooth surface. I skipped using sandpaper with a finer grain than 220 because the wood seems quite soft. If you have some 150 and/or 220 sandpaper on hand, I highly recommend it because there was a significant change after sanding. After washing them off and sanding them, I let them to completely dry. I followed that by coating them in food-grade mineral oil; I still had a bottle of "Tree Spirit Mineral Oil" that I had previously used on a wood cutting board. On Amazon, a few varieties are advertised under "cutting board oil." Before I use the spoons again, I'm giving them several coatings of oil over a few days.My mineral oil bottle's instructions state that I should apply a coat once per day for a week, then once per week for a month, and finally once per month after that. Also stated is to quickly and completely dry the wood after washing. Additionally, never wash wood in a dishwasher.

Cup Turner Spinner, Cuptisserie Tumbler Turner, Smooth Stable Rotation Kit for DIY Crafts Review:

When the cup turner arrived, I assembled it according to the instructions in the package as a gift for my wife. The only suggestion I would make is that the foam wrapping that goes around the rod be left out of the instructions. The directions were straightforward, and if I got stuck, I could just look at the picture on the box (but I took a picture and video to show how it works). The cup turner functions as it should, and I've started creating some seriously amazing tumblers!

KitchenAid KC015OHAQA Classic Nylon Short Turner, One Size, Aqua Sky Review:

I've owned a few of these KitchenAid turners, and I've been generally happy with them all. Mine typically last a few years before they either fade completely or need to be replaced. The fact that I put mine in the dishwasher right after each use undoubtedly affects how long they last. I occasionally use this particular small turner—which I use to prepare stir-fries, eggs, taco meat, etc.—as a spatula. It handles heat reasonably well. The end may somewhat melt if you place it too long on high heat, but it won't affect its functionality. I enjoy using this item, and I will probably order more in the future.
