Midwest Control MBB-75 600 PSI CWP 3/4" NPT MXF Brass Ball Valve Review:

I purchased this to replace the hot water heater's plastic garbage drain/flush valve. I don't see how they could have chosen a design so unusable. For the male end of the valve, I had to purchase a hose adapter. Even though I've tightened it down somewhat, I'm still experiencing a very sluggish drip. Maybe not enough plumber's tape was applied. Once the alkali takes hold, it ought to stop. My tank can now be flushed with such ease.

SharkBite 22222-0000LFA Ball Valve 1/2 Inch x 1/2 Inch, Water Valve Shut Off, Push-to-Connect, PEX, Copper, CPVC, PE-RT Review:

I am by no means a plumber and typically don't like to perform plumbing repairs, but this made it quite simple. The ball valve arrived a day early; thank you.I had to replace a screw-in/out stop off valve that was soldered into 3/4" copper tubing for the water heater and was 42 years old because when I attempted to turn off the cold water to the heater to flush it, water started to spray out of the valve! I believed that a ball valve would be a better option because the valve can be fully opened or closed. Because I don't enjoy tinkering around with copper pipe soldering, I went with the Sharkbite 3/4" ball valve. It is intended to function with copper and additional pipe or tubing. The old ball valve was sweated off, and I sanded and cleaned both ends of the copper pipe to remove any leftover solder before installing the new ball valve and turning on the main shutoff. I couldn't believe I could do this without leaking anyplace!Very well done! And for convenient access, I can swivel the handle anywhere I need it.I heartily endorse this ball valve with a push-to-connect design.

OCSParts MTLB-6 3/8" Brass Barb x Barb Ball Valve, Lead Free, 0.1875" ID Review:

You must sometimes make lemonade when life hands you lemons. However, occasionally life will give you a strange tubing project and you will require a lot of ball valves; it goes without saying that I was given the latter. These valves are really reasonably priced; they are unquestionably far more affordable than those you might purchase at your neighbourhood hardware shop. To open the valve, leave the big red lever aligned with the barbs; to close it, turn it in either direction. The barbs are extremely sturdy and feature several parts to provide a tight fit. Overall, I'm really happy and eager to receive more lemons in the future.

Hayward QVC1007SSEW Series QVC Compact Ball Valve, Socket End, White, 3/4" Size Review:

If you need to switch off your water to mend a sprinkler pipe, add this without a doubt. When our pipe burst, I had to cut off the entire house because my house didn't have one before. Obviously, the wife wasn't too pleased. With this, I can simply turn it off and the house will still have water if the sprinklers break.
