I've had my new Rachael Ray 10-piece Cucina bakeware for about a month, and I'm already in utter awe of it! They were packaged cleanly, came without any scratches, and were sent extremely swiftly. They also had a lovely tint. More durable than any other pans or cookie sheets I've ever had, the metal is really thick. All of the pans have a good-sized handle area on both sides, which I appreciate because I used to dislike taking up my cake pan or muffin tins and having my oven mitt's thumb smush into the food as I tried to take it out of a hot oven. The handles are the ideal size for my gloved hand to pick up. Additionally, I've observed that the red silicone pieces are sufficiently thick to prevent the pans from scratching one another when they are kept. I'm not sure if this is their intended use, but it seems to be the case.I accidentally tested out the non-stick surface last night, thus I made the decision to write this review right away. It was the first time I had ever cooked a spiral-glazed ham. I wrapped the ham in foil as instructed on the package, but I was worried that the fluids would pour all over my oven and that I would struggle to lift a ham that was strangely shaped and quite hot. I chose to place one of the cookie sheets underneath the ham that was wrapped in foil. I baked it for little under two hours, took it out, unwrapped the foil, drizzled the gooey glaze all over, wrapped it up as tightly as I could, and put it back in the oven. As the ham completed cooking, the glaze became noticeably stickier, bubbled up, and practically burned onto the surface as it poured out of the foil, all over the cookie pan. I wish I had taken a photo of it to demonstrate how awful it was. Oh no, I just completely damaged my brand-new, reasonably costly pan, I thought to myself. After taking out the excellent ham, I hesitated whether to try to clean the pan or toss it after recording a loss. To test if there was any hope, I poured hot water over it, and to my utter amazement, the scorched goo started peeling off and rinsing out! The water didn't appear to work on a few locations, so I added a few drops of Dawn, filled the pan with hot water, and let it to soak overnight. The remainder of the charred sludge fell out of the pan even before I touched it with the sponge after I cleaned it with extra hot water. The pan appears brand new, as though it had never been through such a dreadful experience:-) I've never cleaned a pan without using a lot of scrubbing, scraping, soaking, and cleaning some more. This one rinsed off completely without my even touching it with a sponge (I did, of course, wipe it down with a soft, soapy sponge to make sure it was clean, although I doubt I needed to).THE BEST PANS EVER Definitely worth the cost! These are definitely an investment, but they look to be ones that will last me for many years. I can't wait to get the matching stove-top pots and other goods!

Though I haven't yet placed them in the oven, so far so excellent. I bought this set to replace an older one that was seriously worn out and I'd broken several pieces of, some were chipped, and many lids were missing. I'm too anxious now that I've read the unfavorable reviews. It was time, and I wanted Pyrex since I had tried to purchase some Anchor tupperware that was advertised as being good for oven and heat, but I had a lot of them overheat and smash one day while preparing a substantial meal on the stovetop and in the oven. Everything was cooked on low heat and nobody survived. My oven, tupperware, and about $200 worth of ingredients were all destroyed. With my Pyrex, I've never had a problem like that, but now I'm afraid the same nightmare may happen again. When glass shatters inside an oven, there is really no way to completely clean it. This is a very, very expensive problem, and it worries me that businesses can offer glass for cooking in this way without facing any repercussions when it repeatedly shatters on people when they are cooking with heat!

I started looking for silicone mats for our tiny, inexpensive baking sheets before deciding I needed new baking sheets, cooling/cooking racks, and mats. I read countless reviews about sheets that rust, absorb water, bend, and lose their form as I searched and searched. Racks that have bad welds, rust, warp, or are simply weak and unable to handle much weight. Mats that smoke and/or release weird scents. I started to doubt my ability to find something trustworthy on Amazon. Before this company, New Star Foodservice, appeared, I changed my search parameters a number of times. I decided to go forward with my purchase after reading the reviews and gradually regaining my trust. These were combined with Hamilton Housewares' sturdy stainless steel racks. I bought two 1/4 sheet sets for our toaster oven, one 1/2 sheet set, and the biggest set that will fit in our standard oven, a 2/3 sheet set.My spouse and I are thrilled! We now have these premium sheets in all these sizes, each with a silicone pad and a cooling/cooking rack. As of now, so nice! Everything is so simple to clean up, and we don't notice any of the several problems other reviewers have mentioned.

These were purchased for my adult son who recently moved out on his own. He has experimented and gotten fairly good at making meals, but he has never tried baking. He got a KitchenAid mixer, mixing utensils, bowls, and a few cookbooks for Christmas, so I gave him this to fill off his baking materials so he could get going.Others have remarked that a high temperature causes the baking sheet to distort. Since we have only used it to bake cookies at the usual 350–375 degrees, we have not seen this. We haven't encountered any issues with the other pans either. However, we haven't baked at a temperature above 375 yet.Because the pans do scratch easily, I took one star off. However, the cost is such a steal that I believe we will have received our money's worth even if they finally wear out. Having access to such a wide range of baking pans in one affordable bundle was incredibly useful. Over the years, I've owned a lot of nonstick pans, and in my experience, they all ultimately start to stick and require lubrication. So far, my son is content with the set.

The remaining two broke within the first week of opening the container, and the third broke off the first time I snapped it shut. Even though they were missing only one locking side, I tossed away the entire packaging because I figured they could still be okay. They all now leak, defeating the purpose of my entire plan, so I can't bring them to work. Because I lack packaging supplies and don't want the returned containers to arrive broken, I don't want the inconvenience of returning them. After using these for a few weeks, I greatly regret not buying them much earlier. I got rid of my oven nearly two years ago because it didn't make sense to heat a huge oven to cook for one person. I absolutely adore these pans despite the fact that my toaster oven is enormous and I had anticipated the set would be a little bigger. They are suitable for one or two persons and are simple to clean. The cookie sheets are the perfect size for those frozen dinners that put in the oven because they can hold three to four cookies without crowding during baking. The deep pan works incredibly well for baking potatoes; mine have always come out wonderfully with only a cookie sheet covering them, no foil necessary. It is roughly the correct size for four servings of a casserole or lasagna. The small pizza pan is the ideal size for single servings of many different foods, such as roasted zucchini, stuffed peppers, or tater tots. It would also work well for melts and nuggets, I'm sure. TL;DR: You require these if you operate your toaster oven like a regular oven!
