I purchased this Alaffia bubble bath over the summer after learning that lavender might serve as a mosquito repellent. I wanted my kids to be safely covered because we live in a highly humid place and there are many mosquitoes throughout the summer. I chose to test it after finding it at Target. My kids did not get bitten by mosquitoes after starting to take baths in this, therefore the component combinations do appear to act as a mosquito repellent. About a month ago, when we ran out, I reasoned that since mosquito season had ended, there was no need to buy any. I was so mistaken. My poor kids were getting bitten by mosquitoes once more because they are still here. Since this item is fairly expensive at Target, I chose to order from Amazon. We won't go another day without this bubble bath!The bubbles last a very long time, in addition to having a wonderful scent and protecting my children from mosquito bites. When I fill a cap, I notice that it produces enormous bubbles, and the bubbles are still present when it's time for the kids to exit the bathtub. Since some of the bubble bath I buy for myself doesn't last the duration of my bath, I appreciate that. It doesn't smell overpowering either. It is deceptive. Even though my toddler has sensitive skin, using this bubble bath has not caused any issues.

It's a very big deal for me to find something that checks off all the boxes because I have a really sensitive system and I spend a lot of time researching what the greatest (and worse) products and components are for me. When it comes to using natural, organic, and junk-free body products, bubble bath is particularly challenging. Finding one that actually generates bubbles, doesn't require you to use half the bottle to achieve even a modest amount of bubbles, doesn't force you to use horrible neurotoxic smells and harsh substances, etc., and ALSO doesn't smell like cardboard and grass combined is nearly hard. Why am I aware of this? I've been looking for one for a while. My hunt is now finished. I adore the following features of this bubble bath:1. The scent is wonderful and true to what it should be (anyone who tries lots of bath products knows this is actually a rare thing). It has a delicate, not at all overpowering aroma with the perfect balance of vanilla and lavender.2. It actually produces bubbles! Several of them! despite the absence of harmful surfactants and detergents! Things without sulfates typically don't bubble all that nicely. This is an anomaly. The bubbles lingered in the tub the entire time rather than dissipating quickly as they have in the past with most natural, junk-free bubble baths for me. This time, instead of the bubbles popping first, I had a short, beautiful bubble bath that finished when I was ready.3. A little does go a long way, just as the label and instructions state. When a product is straightforward about what it does and has clear directions, I adore it. Who would also wish to waste a lot of goods? It's wonderful to use little and get a lot.4. My skin wasn't left feeling dry. After many bubble baths, my skin has either felt a little oily, extremely slippery, or really tight and dried up. Simply said, I felt clean after this. Oh, right.Being a natural products nerd, I always run into products that seem amazing on paper but aren't all that great in practice. Both on paper and in practice, this is excellent (they actually left out everything that needed to be left out!). When a product is well thought out, well-researched, and solves all the right problems rather than just a few, I adore it. The bottom line for me is that I'm not disappointed that I purchased this and that it will alter my guilt-free clean livin' bath game. If I had children, I would apply it to them. I'll reserve it for my delicate skin for the time being.

This is the bubble bath that we prefer to take. This brand of bubble bath produces the greatest bubbles with the least amount of product out of the ones I've tested so far. As a result of his sensitive skin, my son should always use less product. The most crucial feature is that it is tear-free. When I used the other brand, my baby would cry a lot because his eyes would sting from rubbing them so much while getting shampooed and rinsed. I enjoyed using the vapor bath for the first time. What a killer combination it was when I used it with the bedtime moisture wash and bedtime lotion. My three-month-old son sleeps wonderfully. Reading several reviews, some people didn't like the new bottle, which I agree with, but it's not awful, and some others said that the formula was different; I'm not sure about that, but I can tell that the sent is just right and that it worked; my baby didn't seem to be as stuffy.

This is something we've done with both our infant daughter and our toddler son. Although they both have sensitive skin, their rashes and dry patches are usually brought on by various stimuli. I put these to the test to see whether they'd make a good substitute for less money, and they do! I placed this order at the middle of December, and I'm only now beginning to run short on my second bottle at the end of February. And every night, my child takes a bubble bath. But I will add this: read the instructions if you want lovely, huge, full bubbles. The bubbles were a touch sad and didn't last very long when I first got them because I just put it in and went away (just like some people said). I felt bad. However, when I read the instructions, it was made clear that you should use your hand to agitate the water in order to help the bubbles get going. Man, what a difference that made! Now that I have added them, my child and I have both used our hands to stir the water. It makes the bubbles huge and bubbly, which she finds to be entertaining. And the bubbles endure the duration of her bath. Her skin loves the bubbles too! She has VERY sensitive skin and frequently has hives, but she has not experienced any problems with these bubbles. These were initially purchased for my daughter. I added one to my before-bedtime bath after that, and I became addicted. My skin or hair are left clean after using them. Bubbles persist. The item is excellent. I use it for tub bubble baths. When using body soap, I use Aveeno. The packing might be better. The pump was defective both times this was reordered. I ultimately had to dispense the product from another bottle.
