I put off getting a sterilizer for a very long time. My biggest worry was finding a sterilizer that could also be used for drying while remaining reasonably priced.My sterilizer was ready to use in a few minutes thanks to the simple and straightforward directions. Plan on waiting 2 to 3 hours after setting up your sterilizer before you can really use it because you will need to put it through a few empty cycles before the first use.For a few months, I have used this sterilizer several times every day. I use it to clean pump parts, evenflo bottles, and MAM bottles. As you can see in the image I've included, you can fit 2 5oz MAM bottles and 4 5oz evenflo bottles with ease. My only regret is that breastpumps and bottles have so many "little pieces" that need to be put in the tiny basket and that I sometimes have to run the sterilizer repeatedly to get everything clean.I used filtered water, but the base needs to be cleaned with a vinegar solution often (I try to do it once a week). It doesn't occupy a lot of counter space.Here are a few "tips": * Before placing the pieces in the sterilizer, they must all be prewashed. I soak all the pieces in a sizable, clean dish filled with warm, soapy water, then thoroughly rinse each piece before putting it in the sterilizer. I first fill the foundation, then I position the big basket, which I fill with the bottles, and finally I set the small basket on top, which I also fill. The bottles in the basket fall out of the basket if the base is filled last. Although the sterilizer does not get very hot, the steam it emits from the top can travel quite a distance, so when it is in operation, make sure it is out of children's and animals' reach. Before emptying it, give it ample time to cool. * After running a cycle, the pieces are not always completely dry; you might need to put them out to dry again (that has happened to me about 1 out of every 7 to 8 uses)

After seeing it carries MUCH more than the bags, we decided to buy it. For instance, it can accommodate four 4-oz medela bottles along with a complete set of Freestyle pump components. Holds four 8-ounce bottles in addition to caps and nibbles, the smaller items. It should be noted that compared to the bags, this item requires more time to "complete" the sterilizing procedure. For instance, you might microwave something for 4 minutes (depending on your microwave's wattage), but the recipe calls for it to sit for a further 10 minutes. (The bags just need to cook for the allotted time, then drain the water.) For the 10 minutes, simply place it on top of a dish towel to catch condensation drips; otherwise, you'll find a little puddle on your counter when you return. Now I just carry a microwave sterilizer bag to work with my pumping equipment in case something disgusting accidentally comes into contact with it.

I recently welcomed my first grandson and thought you would find this useful. Man, I wish I had had one of these when my kids were younger. It will reheat food or baby food. temperature at the moment (or you can push the up and down to change it). There is a sanitizing feature as well. either to clean the machine or to sterilize the bottles. The delay function is great. You can choose a start time between 6 and almost 10 hours. And after accepting the temperature, it will remain there. If the battery goes dry, it will even turn itself off. It comes with extremely simple to follow instructions. I'm not sure how this stacks up against the competition. But I really enjoy this. No more speculating.

After our $40 bottle warmer broke down after just three months, we decided to get this one. We didn't want to spend a lot of money on a bottle warmer that would most likely break again after that experience. I doubt we could have found a better bottle warmer for $17. Although I've only had it for a week, so far, so good. The measuring cup for the water, as has been noted by others, is completely absurd; you cannot read the measurements unless you are holding the cup up to a light source, but this was easily fixed by simply using a medicine cup. It also required some trial and error to determine how much water to use with our specific kind of bottle because it requires roughly twice as much water to heat the milk as is advised. I adore that it can accommodate any bottle because our brand's bottles are arguably among of the widest on the market. This warmer heats up a bottle of 5 oz. in less than a minute, which is a significant improvement over our prior warmer, which heated by circulating warm water. Once the first difficulties are ironed out, using it is really simple: just add water, insert the bottle, and click the on button. It will turn off automatically when you're done. This is a fantastic tool, and the low price of $17 makes it an excellent purchase. I would always recommend this product over an expensive one.

These are AMAZING! At such a low price, I wasn't expecting much, but these are by far the greatest bottles I've ever used. I only breastfed my daughter until I had to start working again. I gave her tommee tippee bottles to start, which were fine. But soon I saw that when I tried to nurse her, she wouldn't really sucke. I spent a lot of money on numerous different brands, including one (5 oz) bottle that cost $20!, yet these bottles outperformed them all. To prevent scarfing down the milk (as she did with the other bottles) and experiencing hiccups and spitting up, she has to exert effort to get the milk out of the bottle. Increased feed time is a good thing, which I really loved. She consumes this bottle's contents in the same length of time that she would if she were nursing.It's quite simple to clean up afterward. One more component is really simple to clean. Additionally, the bottle/nipple brush is included in this package.This bottle is absolutely fantastic, and this bundle is a terrific bargain!

Dr. Brown's is one of the very few bottle warmers that warms using steam rather than soaking the bottle in water, which I didn't understand until I tried half a dozen different bottle warmers (and then returned them). There are three advantages to this that I found to be significant:1. You don't have to fill and empty the warmer before and after each use. For around ten bottles, you simply fill the reservoir on the side. comparable to a Nespresso machine Early newborn care involves a lot of mundane, repetitive tasks. I did not need to add this one to the list.2. It is never necessary to estimate how much water you need based on the amount of milk you have. For example, if you're giving your child a 2-3 oz snack, you need to be careful not to fill a "submersion" warmer like a Tommee Tippee bottle with too much water or it may float and topple over. If there isn't enough, it will evaporate before the bottle warms up. With Dr. Browns, you're good as long as the reservoir has water in it. No matter how much milk is in the bottle, it rests on a mesh plastic platform and is completely engulfed in steam.3. The bottle heats up significantly more quickly. For a 5 oz bottle from the refrigerator, it takes about 3.5–4 minutes. Six minutes or so before freezing. The warmers that must be submerged take longer since they must first heat the chilly tap water almost to boiling before the milk is actually warmed. For instance, the Tommee Tippee warmer required around 7-8 minutes to warm a 5 oz bottle taken from the refrigerator. 15-20 for a bottle of ice. Although it doesn't seem like much of a difference, it is when your baby is already bawling. And with regards to issues 1 and 2, it gets even worse if you have to first fill the warmer with just the right amount of water.Now, the one significant CONThis is a little bottle warmer made specifically for Dr. Brown's small bottles. Therefore, many of the bigger "more like mom" bottles that are becoming more and more popular will not fit. When I first opened it, I felt foolish for having purchased it because all it is is a hot plate with plastic cages to hold bottles. However, as I realized that I didn't need to watch a pot of water boil on an open flame or a hot stove, the utility of this sterilizer began to shine. I can't disagree with economics, but it could have been a little bit cheaper. This is the simplest model, and I believe it's all you need.Pro-Tip: If you use tap water (I'm in the USA), the metal piece that heats the water on the main base unit does get a little calcified. Simply cut a few slices of lemon, squeeze the juice onto it, let it sit for a little while, then use that piece of lemon to scrub it with after it has sat for a little while, and the calcification will come right off. I employ this technique to wash the foundation without using any chemicals or soap. Just be careful not to submerge it in water as the base contains exposed wires and an electronic timer.

I adore this bottle warmer without a doubt. Fits any brand of bottle and milk bag. Warmth is also fantastic. The warmer had ceased circulating any water, which is why I only gave it four instead of five stars. For a warmer of this price, in my opinion, it should not last for 4 days of use. We emailed their customer service for calibration instructions, and they answered within a few hours.
