Our infant outgrew a set of Kohl's towels that we received for our baby shower in just over a month and a half. Although he's a taller child, I was concerned to spend more than $10 on a towel that he would outgrow quickly once more. However, these towels are incredible and will last him at least till he's three or four, if not longer. We get two or three baths out of them before even thinking about needing to wash them because they are so soft, absorb water twice as much as the ones we had before, and dry quickly as well (and our two and a half month old son gets a bath every night before bed so he will sleep through the night, so that's a big deal!). The baby hooded towel I ordered has me extremely happy! It is very big enough for a toddler to utilise, but older children could use it too! It is quite thick and just like the photo, so it will absorb well. The towel's hood features the adorable small ears! The towel seems quite sturdy. We purchased this for our infant boy. It's adorable, however I docked one rating since it seems a touch too thin and flimsy. Our other baby towels are a little thicker and softer, which is better when removing the infant from the bath so that he feels warm and safe straight immediately.The towel wasn't going to last our kid until his toddler years, as I had hoped, and I don't think it will last that long either.Although the price is reasonable, I'm not sure if it's worthwhile considering the wonderful, thick bath towels you can purchase for a comparable sum. It may seem trivial and insignificant, but when the hood is flipped inside out (which we do before putting the baby in it so we can just flip the hood over his head), the bear's face appears incredibly eerie because the stitching is not hidden.

Nice, well-made, basic towel. Since the toddler size was sold out, I had to settle for the newborn size, though I would have preferred it. I wish it was a little bit bigger so that we could use it more, but our newborn (9lbs at birth) will rapidly outgrow this. In addition, my wife appreciates that it's soft and natural, meaning there aren't any needless chemicals or flame retardants.
