is a 2012 Silverado 3500 replacement. Simply take off the left and right end covers, two screws from each end, two clips from the front, and one push pin from the center to remove the cowl. We removed the 15mm wiper arms. The washer tube underneath the driver's fender was then disconnected. The cowl and wipers can now be slid in between the hood and windshield. The unit can be partially removed by removing the three 10mm bolts, then turned upside down. Now the connector can be removed by squeezing the clip with a pair of pliers. Install in reverse. It took roughly twenty minutes. Wipers are now working perfectly, without halting or dragging.

Owning a Chevy Trailblazer means dealing with ongoing electrical issues. The speakers failed first (needing repair), then the windows wouldn't operate (recall-fixed), and finally the blower motor resistor (I fixed)... The wiper motor pulse board is now (Just fixed). I bought this for my 2006 car. I had it mailed overnight, and it came well-packaged and accessible. really simple to install To aid remove challenging nuts and screws, I would advise keeping WD-40 or olive oil on hand. You only need a 10mm socket wrench set and a torx wrench set (T-20). I spent approximately an hour doing the project, but that was mainly because of the difficult nuts and screws. 20 minutes at most if you don't have those problems. I looked at a few YouTube videos that were beneficial. Happy DIYing!

This motor was first bought at Amazon.com. It arrived safely packaged and had a new motor rather than a repaired one, which is a great price. The motor quality is excellent, and it was fitted and functions well. It sounds like a sturdy motor and makes little noise.Just a little information for anyone installing for this application of similar years because it was placed in an early 1992 Ford F250: To install the motor properly, you must remove your upper cowl panel and wiper arms. This makes it simpler to remove the wiper drive arms with clip and provides easy access to the upper motor bolts.1) Lift the wiper and use pliers to take the clip stub out of the wiper. The wiper arms may now be removed as a result.2) Take out all of the screws on the front (under the hood) side of the cowl and the five top screws on the top side of the cowl.3) Take the antenna off.4) Push the cowl back after pulling it forward to clear the window molding, then lift it over the molding to tilt it up at the window side. With the hood attached, this is a little challenging. To prevent paint scratching, I advise using tape at the visible contact spots.4a) Pop the window molding slightly off the passenger side to allow for more flexibility if you discover that the antenna underneath connector is stuck. The challenging aspect is getting the cowl high enough to clear the bottom of the antenna and angled enough to go over the stubs of the wiper mount. The hood must be removed in order to maneuver the cowl without doing so, which is much easier but requires a second person and more work.5) With the cowl pulled back out of the way, reach in and, by raising at an angle and sliding off, unhook the wiper bar pin clip.6) Remove the motor arm by swiveling both wiper bars.7) Remove the motor's two power plugs and unbolt it using a 10MM socket (this will work on both top left bolt and bottom right) On the upper right top bolt, use a 10mm open end bolt.Install the motor in the other direction.

The wipers only function on high or low on the 2004 GMC Yukon, and they won't turn off unless the key is turned off. It just took me an hour to complete this very simple task while taking my time. After removing nut covers and (13mm) nuts, you should use a windshield wiper puller to remove the wiper arms (there are many available). Disconnect the washer fluid lines at the base of each wiper arm before removing the wiper arms. With a T-10 torx head screw on each side, the front cowl may then be removed with ease. On each corner of the windshield that lifts off the snap base, there are two screws hidden beneath the side plastic coverings. Slide the cowl forward (toward the engine) to release the four metal retaining clips, and then raise it up and out of the way. The wiper motor cover is held in place by merely four T-20 screws, which may be easily taken out. It's difficult to release the weather-tight holding clip underneath, so I waited to try to detach the cable harness until the cover was off. I installed everything backwards, and it went smoothly. Issue is resolved.Of course, Amazon offered the greatest pricing for this component.

I bought this to fix the wipers on my 1999 Tahoe that were acting strangely. Instead of stopping in the usual location, they would occasionally halt (park) in the middle of the windshield. Get beneath the hood and lightly tap or wiggle the connector on the board as a simple test to perform when they start acting up. In my situation, they would always park in the proper location once I tapped the socket. The board has performed wonderfully and is an exact replacement. I can't comment for durability at this time, but if any issues arise, I'll update this page.
