ACDelco LS94 GM Original Equipment Natural Colored Multi-Purpose Lamp Socket Review:

For changing the DRL (daytime running lamp) bulb sockets on my Chevy Z71 1999 5.3L, these worked well. The original ones were damaged and broken, and they could no longer safely take in replacement bulbs. They had to be taped in, but even this method eventually failed. These have open terminated crimp splices that are heat shrink wrapped. The wires from the truck harness and the pigtails on the new sockets fit perfectly in an 18-22 ga lock after I switched to some silicon filled scotch locks. I did this since you don't have to remove the wires beforehand for scotch locks. I only had a few on hand. The provided splices will function perfectly. The heat shrink tubing will need to be sealed with a heat gun or other heat source after the wires have been removed. These fit and look exactly like the OEM. I'm overjoyed with this buy. however a little expensive. 5 stars.I hope that this is useful to anyone else that owns a Chevy and needs new DLR bulb sockets. Many of the Chevys I see just have one lamp functioning. It seems that the OEM sockets weren't built to withstand the heat of the DLR bulbs. In another 12 years, I might have to replace them once more, but perhaps I'll have a new truck by then!

KUNCAN 25FT Sae to Sae 2 Pin Extension Cable DC Power 16awg Heavy Duty Battery Quick Disconnect/Connect Wire Harness with Sae Connectors with Dust Cap Review:

amazing value For rustic camping, we connected the solar panel to run the inverter for my CPAP and charge the batteries.

[2 Pack] KUNCAN Car Replacement 12V Cigarette Lighter Male Plug with Leads, 10Amp Fuse with LED Light, Cigar Female Socket Plug Extension Cable Review:

The battery tender that came with my C7 Vette had only one charging configuration, i.e., plug the charger into the female in the trunk. Never did the O.E. male plug make satisfactory contact. I had to decide whether to buy a new $100 charger or replace this one after I accidently backed my Vette out of the garage without unplugging the charger. Compared to the O.E. plug, this replacement plug is excellent and of far higher quality. Firm contact is made. Even if you didn't make my error, I still suggest making this modification to anyone with a Vette.

KUNCAN 2FT SAE to O Ring Terminal Harness Wire 2 Pin Lug Cable, Eyelet Terminal Harness Extension Charge Cord, Quick Disconnect SAE Connection Lead For Motorcycle, Car, Tractor 10A Fuse Review:

This kit, which I bought to finish a more straightforward on-shore charging system for my yacht, may be used in any circumstance where you need to frequently charge or maintain 12 volt batteries. These ring terminal connections performed as they should have. My deep cycle batteries' posts could easily accommodate the terminals because of their optimum size. The wire won't melt if excessive power is applied to it thanks to the fuse holders that are incorporated. For connecting to other devices, the SAE connections on the other end offer a lot of versatility. The SAE connections include connected covers that allow you to completely cover the connector when not in use to prevent shorting out.If the accessories require less power than 10 amps, I may either use this as I intended for charging or attach them straight to the battery using the SAE connector. Additionally, it is a good idea to check the battery's charge with a voltmeter if necessary.A Suaoki 60Watt solar panel and a Noco Genius G3500 Smart Charger are the two separate charging sources that make up the charging solution I am employing. Both are excellent and give the batteries about the same amount of power. However, the main charger does not function when camping on the boat and the solar charger does not operate as well at night.60Watt Solar Suaokihttp://amzn.to/2w1ylpKNoco Genius G3500 (Amazon link: 2gan697)A solar charge controller must be used when utilizing the Suaoki solar charger for safety reasons. The Suaoki can be linked directly to the battery, but this requires monitoring the voltage because it could overcharge your batteries and cause early failure or worse. For this assignment, I am using the Instapark PWM charging controller, which is a perfect fit for the system.http://amzn.to/2xg7pAWAlthough it has a few different options and uses proprietary connectors, none of them made the NOCO Genius fit with my needs. The NOCO to SAE adapter I ordered attaches to a typical SAE plug and functions as interchangeably with the Solar charger now that it has been received.http://amzn.to/2wrOxl0I added an SAE extension to provide for more flexibility when positioning the solar panel or connecting the NOCO charger. This is essentially a 12V extension cord. Any SAE to SAE cable will function as long as it has a large enough gauge (AWG). This should be at least 12AWG for a 15-foot length, while 10AWG or even 8AWG would be preferable. 16AWG or 14AWG will work for a 5ft length, although 12, 10, or 8 are obviously preferable. Any smaller will result in a substantial voltage loss, which will reduce the charging capacity. Here are a few good-looking choices.12 foot SAE to SAE Kuncanhttp://amzn.to/2iuIzduhttp://amzn.to/2g7VT6S Tetra-Teknica MotoBasic 10AWG 3 Feet, 2 per PackAs the aligator clamps were unreliable and difficult, I utilized two ring terminal to SAE adapters, one for each battery. The aligator clamps required me to climb into the boat's battery compartment, which almost invariably resulted in a good bump to the head. I occasionally discovered one had slipped off when I returned the following morning. Ring terminals allow me to swiftly connect and disengage without hurting my head and ensure a secure connection to the battery. For my solution, I used the Tetra-Teknica MotoBasics 16 gauge 2 feet 10A fused 2 pack.http://amzn.to/2w89HlTI had to add an SAE Y adaptor in order to parallel charge the two batteries. OptiMate's Y-splitter performed admirably. I disconnect it while it isn't charging because I don't want the boat's single battery to mistakenly draw power over this connection. I'm looking for a diode that will enable me to permanently connect this without running the danger.http://amzn.to/2w1wjG0The method is efficient and keeps my batteries fully charged in between outings with no issues.

Dorman 84785 H13/9008 Bulb Socket Review:

The connector works well for my 2012 Jeep JKU even if the wires' colour codes are different. The leads were long enough to complete the task correctly as well!!! All you need to do is align the wires on the new and old plugs, solder them together, and then shrink-wrap the completed installation. Better than brand-new! If ever necessary, I'd use these again. Enough to have purchased 2 additional replacements for my wife's Jeep in case she ever needs them.

SPARKING 10AWG SAE Extension Cable - SAE TO SAE Extension Cord DC Power Automotive Extension Cable Review:

Wow. It is rather heavy duty, in fact. It will be used by me to extend a power hookup from my truck's front to a DC air compressor outside. The thick insulation and real 10-gauge wire are advantages. The silicon insulation is also quite flexible. The red and black wires are neither moulded or fastened together. They are distinct from one plug to another. They should be melded together for simpler cable management and routing, in my opinion. After installation, I believe I'll wrap it in cable wrap.

Orion Motor Tech 6.0 IPR Valve Socket with Seal Kit - Fits Ford 6.0L Powerstroke Excursion F250 F350 F450 F550 E350 E450 2003-2010 - Injector Pressure Regulator Valve Socket Removal Tool and Seal Kit Review:

The socket appears to be sufficiently sturdy for the task and is neatly built. Just don't anticipate too much in the way of extras. Although Diesel Tech Ron made an effort to teach me, I am not a mechanic, and I believe the ipr valve's screen does not have a fine enough mesh to perform as original equipment. I went to another source for the screen instead of using the one that was included in the kit.

BESTEK 3-Socket 200W 12V/24V DC Cigarette Lighter Power Adapter with 6A 4-Port Car USB Splitter Charger Review:

I do a lot of traveling for work. It is mostly OTR. In modern electronic age, long-distance driving calls for a supply of dependable and "safe" power for a number of devices. Whether it's just charging your phone or using a number of gadgets to make your trip more enjoyable. I discovered that I required this particular product.I hardwired and fused two pieces of equipment in the car I usually drive, and I also used two of its factory-installed cigarette lighter outlets for two more electrical gadgets. I had to transfer automobiles for work, and the new one had just one lighter outlet.I conducted a lot of research and discovered the BESTEK 3-Socket 200W 12V/24V DC unit because I was not permitted to hard wire the new automobile. I double-checked the fuse provided by the car manufacturer for the single lighter, and it was adequate to sustain the BESTEK and make the most of it. I was impressed with the packing when the BESTEK arrived. It came properly packaged in a box with complete instructions. I was delighted with the wiring's seeming thick gauge. A very helpful feature is the additional length of wire from the cigarette lighter socket in the automobile to the 3-Socket adaptor. The unit includes an additional fuse, and the plug-in head is fused. The voltage display is nice. Comparing its reading to the second meter I also use, it is accurate. Please be mindful of the maximum current draw of the device. It was simple to set up and immediately functional. I've run it for more than 500 miles at this point, which is almost every mile. I'm still trying to decide where the mounting will be done. Right now, I enjoy having the freedom to move around as required. The caliber is present. The cost is reasonable. Every dollar spent was worth it for the convenience. In addition to the excellent goods, my interactions with the seller have been excellent.I purchased this product as a consumer. BESTEK does not sponsor me or pay me in any other manner. I'm just a happy customer trying to be of service. Hope someone can use this.

Standard Motor Products S824 Pigtail/Socket Review:

For my 2014 GMC Sierra 1500, I used this. The wires pulled out on me when the original frame side abs/wheel speed sensor connector broke.

Dorman 645-745 Wiring Harness Assembly Review:

To replace the damaged wiring in my 2009 Chevrolet Silverado, I purchased this one. Compared to the original GM part #25962806, it's a good deal less expensive. I encountered no issues and completed the installation in under 20 minutes. To access the area behind the headlight assembly, you must remove the grill.
