If you're asking if any muffler will fit any car, then the answer is no. Each muffler is designed to fit a specific make and model of car. There are many different sizes and shapes of mufflers, so it's important to get the right one for your car.
If your car is making a lot of noise, it might be time to replace the muffler. Mufflers help to reduce the noise coming from your car's engine. Most mufflers can be replaced without having to replace the entire exhaust system.
No, you need not weld to replace a muffler. You can replace it with a new one without welding.

This muffler was purchased to replace an MBRP Aluminized muffler that began to separate at the seams. The Inlet/Outlet pipes are approximately 3/4" deeper in this muffler's flanges than they are in the MBRP muffler "more narrow on both sides. This had no impact on my setup because I could make up for it with the hangers. Using the MBRP exhaust clamps that were already there, it bolted right in.Essentially, this muffler is a stainless diesel glasspack. It is well constructed. Every weld appears clean and has decent penetration. This glasspack muffler is much quieter than the MBRP muffler it replaced despite being a glasspack. It provides a pleasant, deep exhaust note and does away with the MBRP's unpleasant "clackity" resonance. Almost all of the turbo and blowoff noise was also reduced by the UPower, with the exception of a soft whine coming from under the hood.Given the pricing, I think this muffler offers excellent value. Right now, I'm pretty happy with it.

I used this stuff to my 2016 Ram 1500 Sport. The clamps are sturdy, but you will still have some air leaks, thus I strongly advise having the fitment locations welded! Definitely a good investment, and you can do it yourself! You will want to start your truck repeatedly after you turn it on after the installation because of how it sounds. Additionally, this product is better than buying pricey aftermarket brands like Borla, Flowmaster, etc. Check out my film and you'll see for yourself. Do not be misled by the fact that when I attempted to purchase this item, it stated that it did not fit my 2005 Ford F-150. If a product is labeled as not fitting your car, it simply indicates that the factory exhaust pipes are not compatible. The inlet and outlet connectors of the muffler can be attached to the factory exhaust pipes with the help of a variety of adapters that you can purchase at a nearby hardware or auto part store.Next up, a product review. My family members can now hear my truck coming down the block, so they all know when I'm on my way home, which was one of my expectations when I installed the muffler on my truck. There is no sound more pleasurable than turning on your car or truck in the morning with a flow master super10 fitted, or driving through a tunnel and hearing the sound reverberate for everyone to hear. If you want your car or truck to sound angry, aggressive, and loud, this is the muffler for you. I'm delighted I gave it five stars.

HONDA GX160 GX200 5.5 HP 6.5HP EX35 EXHAUST MUFFLER
EXHAUST MUFFLER SYSTEM WITH HEAT SHIELD
$234
On a pressure washer driven by a Honda GX200, I mounted this muffler. This muffler is of poor quality. The thickness of the flange is less than half that of the OEM muffler's. Although it's hard to tell, I believe the lowest-priced OEM muffler I could find was $80.00, and that price may not have included the heat shield, which was an additional $25.00. I choose to spend less than $15.00 on this muffler. And the gasket was included. It was firmly fastened to the engine and functions as intended. I won't mind if it doesn't last as long as the original since I can get seven of them for the price of one new OEM. It should be noted that the muffler is not drilled for the extra muffler brace and that, given the way it is built, it cannot be drilled and tapped for the brace. Without the additional bracing, the muffler might put more strain on the aluminum block, thus I would prefer to have one. Only time will tell. Overall, it is affordable and functional.

I used it to remove the muffler off a 4" exhaust. The pipe, which has two female ends, was useless for my application. The ends were the exact same size as the rest of the exhaust, so they wouldn't slip in, so I ultimately had to weld them. It was ultimately welded, which is not a major concern, but just to let potential purchasers know.

I bought this hoping it wouldn't be like everything else we've tried to get and it only fit the coupe for my son's 2012 Nissan Altima sedan. I sincerely hoped and prayed that it wouldn't sound like one of the town's "loud for nothing," sluggish, and feeble Hondas. Due to his twin exhaust, I purchased 2 tips, and they fit perfectly. His small 2.5 sounds like it has considerable horsepower under the hood thanks to the perfect sound. It's not a loud, irritating "NOISE" coming from the exhaust that sounds like two bees engaging in violent, enraged, grudge-filled sex in the mufflers. Actually, it has a rich, resonant tone. The exhaust notes these create are OUTSTANDING.He only highlighted the rattling of the silencers before he removed them as a problem. Without them, the tone is actually BETTER. There is nothing more to search for. I can honestly say that these would make even the most annoying "loud for nothing" sound like a sleeper that's ready to crack some heads on the track since I HATE the tone of a 4 banger with nothing to offer.Perfect fit and tone. You won't soon look back and regret this buy.

In contrast to what the listing appears to suggest, the product I received is the authentic Yale Automotive muffler cement in the yellow and white squeeze tube. The entry pipe on my truck's catalytic converter, where the pipe's weld had split all the way around, was successfully sealed with exhaust cement. The pipe was then essentially slip-fit into the catalytic converter entrance port. I needed to build a temporary repair using this cement, a few muffler clamps, and a length of doubled steel duct hanger strap because I only had two days before my yearly vehicle inspection sticker was due to expire. For now, the temporary fix is still working perfectly. The cement is grey and resembles cement from a furnace retort. Even though it is very thick, it was simple to squeeze out of the tube and apply with my fingers while wearing disposable rubber gloves. Although it was around 40°F outside when I applied the cement, it dried fairly rapidly, and an hour later, I was able to drive the car.

I chose this Colt muffler since it was reasonably priced and the style matched my preferences, but I didn't want to spend $200 to $400 on a muffler. Overall, I'm fairly satisfied with it and the shipping was quick. The only damage I could make out was a dent in the central top and a few smaller ones. But nothing that would have compelled me to send it back because those wouldn't be noticed. To remove any oil, I cleaned it with acetone solvent before painting it with high-temperature engine paint in black. It came out beautifully and looks fantastic. I fasten it with the two bolts and attach it with the clamp designed for over lapped pipes. I then started it to hear how it would sound, and I was really happy with it. My hope was that it wouldn't sound like a rice burner. But despite costing only $100, the exhaust does sound good. It has stainless steel written on the side, so it should last for a while. However, I wanted it to be black, so I purchased a can of high heat engine paint and applied two coats. looked fantastic in the end. If I were painting this, I would first use acetone to remove any oil. If you want to hear it, watch the video.

My pipe's welds, in contrast to those of some folks here, were in good shape; there were no holes or other issues. The pipe appeared as though it wouldn't line up, yet the installation went without a hitch. Since this pipe is long and places a lot of torque on the bolts, I advise utilizing the included hardware to create a brace for the back so you don't wind up breaking the block where the pipe joins it. The bikeberry.com test's decibel levels don't do this pipe's outrageous volume credit. Some of my pals find it too frightful to use it in public. The performance is greater, especially in the midrange, and we were able to increase the speed by 2 mph (from 24 to 26 mph) over the standard pipe. New spark plugs were also replaced, and the carburetor was tuned using the idle screw to bring it to idle and the e-clip on the needle to get it to its ideal settings. The sound changes from a POP POP POP POP to a weedeater sound while carrying a high load, such as when climbing a hill and applying a lot of speed. I'm not sure what that technically means, although it might have something to do with the pipe's design. When it makes that sound, there is a noticeable difference; the sound difference is not progressive at all. A DEFLEXOR made of rubber, silicone, or metal will be purchased in order to guide the exhaust away from the back tire and braking surface of the wheel due to the pipe's placement. This pipe also has a leg burner. I've already burned my thigh on it at least three times, so I'm going to buy some exhaust wrap to wrap around the pipe to aid with the leg burns.
When you are shopping for a new muffler, there are a few things you will need to take into consideration in order to make sure you are getting the right one for your car. First, you will need to know the make, model, and year of your car. This information is important because it will ensure that you are getting a muffler that is compatible with your car. Next, you will need to decide what type of muffler you want. There are two main types of mufflers- glasspack and turbo. Glasspack mufflers are less expensive, but they are also
There are a few things to consider when purchasing a muffler. First, you need to know the make, model, and year of your vehicle. Secondly, you need to know what kind of sound you are looking for. Lastly, you need to know your budget. Once you have considered these factors, you can then begin to look at different mufflers and compare prices and features.
If you have a cracked exhaust pipe, you will need to replace it. You can do this yourself if you are mechanically inclined, or you can take it to a mechanic. If you are replacing it yourself, you will need to disconnect the old exhaust pipe and then connect the new one. Make sure that you do not over tighten the bolts, or you could crack the new pipe.
You can install a muffler without welding by bolting it on with a muffler clamp. First, find the right size muffler clamp for your car. Next, bolt the clamp around the muffler. Finally, bolt the other end of the clamp to the car's exhaust pipe.
It usually takes around an hour to change a muffler. You will need to have some basic tools and knowledge of how to use them. You will also need a new muffler.
Assuming you're talking about a car muffler, they typically last around 50,000 miles. However, this number can be lower or higher depending on a few different things. For example, if you live in a place with a lot of salt on the roads, your muffler might not last as long because the salt can cause it to rust. Or, if you don't drive your car very often, your muffler might last longer because it isn't being used as much. Ultimately, it really just depends on a few different factors.
