Dorman 624-994 Transmission Oil Cooler Line Review:

The 2009 Chevy Tahoe fixed the leaky line perfectly. To for it to slide in, though, the front end had to be removed.

Dorman 904-180 Fuel Cooler for Select Chevrolet/GMC Models Review:

looked like an OEM replacement. To get everything to line up, a bracket had to be slightly modified, some bolts had to be loosened, and a mounting hole had to be somewhat enlarged. To be clear, these were only a few minor irritations. When side-by-side comparisons are made between this and the original, which came from my 2003 2500HD, they are almost identical. The design and fuel inlets are (nearly) flawless. Now appears to be operating flawlessly. I'll let you know if I run across any more issues. So far, four stars.

Derale 13200 Power Steering Cooler Kit Review:

My 2005 TrailBlazer's stock cooler was destroyed by the highway brine solution. Under the radiator, PSF was dripping out of the front of the car in a line. I have everything I required in this kit to complete the task. It made me really delighted. To perform this yourself, you'll need to be usually mechanically inclined for automobile work. Be aware that this cooler is approximately 12" x 3" in length and area, with one tube looping twice through it to form a "U" shape. Compared to your stock cooler, this cooling surface area is larger. (It was only half as big as my stock cooler.) To achieve the same cooling capacity, connect two of them in series. Just place them both under the hood where there is airflow. It is simple and effective (But it does double the total cost of the repair; however, locating two of these small ones might be easier than trying to find a spot for a larger one.) Just adhere to the guidelines. Before you are certain of the cooler(s)' exact location and orientation, do not cut the rubber hose loop. A worn-out ancient beast's life was extended by a few years thanks to this package.

Four Seasons 53001 Ultra-Cool Transmission Oil Cooler Review:

This was meant to fit the GM car I got it for, however it didn't come with everything I needed to install it. I had to search for a GM adapter (Derale 13035) on Amazon after checking everywhere in stores for the extra hose I needed to buy (I only needed another foot). The Four Seasons kit includes a generic radiator adapter that I was unable to utilize, along with ordering information for a kit designated "390" for GM/Jeep. Such a kit wasn't available on Amazon. Be warned that the instructions suggest a dozen additional kits that may be required to purchase in order to adapt to various automobiles. The thick nylon mounting straps for radiator/condenser coils were too difficult for me to get through the fins, in my opinion. I threaded my own zip ties through to complete the job since I was afraid of damaging the part, which I had previously paid the dealer $800 to replace. The foam pads must be impaled during the process in order for them to stay in place. To make this clear, instructions must increase their diagrams. To mount this or any other cooler, you might need to remove the grille and bumper skin assembly from some cars, like mine. The cooler itself is in perfect working order and has no leaks, but after installation, make sure to check your fluid level while the engine is running. Up to an additional half-quart of fluid can be used to fill the cooler and its hoses.

Hayden Automotive 210 Mounting Kit System Review:

I wanted more than four of these and wasn't sure if the Derale 13001 or these were the best option. I purchased both and contrasted. I rate these five stars higher than the Derale. They both appear to function properly and are of comparable quality. The size of the disc and the end of the plastic rod were different. Both have foam pads that depend on how much of the disc or rod is making contact with them (the Derale's were stiffer than the Hayden's, but I don't think it matters because they were both the same size). Because the Hayden contact area was larger on both ends, the foam that meets the radiator had additional support. Even though the Hayden's two flat places on the rod end are visible in the image, they are nonetheless larger. Hayden wins on price, 4.22 vs. 6.25. Because I needed more than four of these, as I already explained, I still used two Derales, but I'll only use Hayden moving on.Plastic Rod Mounting Kit Derale 13001

Dorman OE Solutions 918-301 Power Steering Cooler Review:

On my 2005 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 Z71, it worked and fit perfectly. Although the banner at the top of the page for Amazon stated, "This does not fit your: 2005 Chevrolet Suburban 1500," With the exception of the screw camps instead of the pinch clamps, it was identical to the OEM one removed (after the lines corroded out down by the bumper). Installing it was simple. There are a few YouTube videos available online. The grill, drivers side headlight, turn signals, and the cover between the grill and the radiators were all removed, along with a portion of the bracket holding them. Without taking all those things off, it might be able to fish it in, but they are simple to take off and put back on. To pull it off the pump nipple, I had to cut one of the older, more difficult lines. Pump needed to be primed. Without starting the engine, put the front end up on jack stands (without power steering, you can't turn the wheel while sitting still), and then repeatedly turn the wheel fully left and right. As needed, keep filling the reservoir to the cold fill mark. Repeat fast starting and stopping the engine while turning and filling the wheel. I heard that you shouldn't start the engine without doing this first. might harm the pump.

Derale 15800 Electra-Cool Remote Cooler Review:

The usual packed area in front of the radiator was ideal for this approach. Fan coil is mounted under the left rear of the car on the angled section that comes before the axle. When driving, it has decent airflow thanks to some 1" spacers on the front, and 1/2" hoses that connect directly to the unit prevent the engine from getting too hot. With our 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee towing a 30' travel trailer, we can now take advantage of the AC in any circumstance.
