For my 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ, I purchased the 7685 front sway bar. To replace the stock ones, I also fitted Moog Stabilizer Bar Links (K700538). Since I have a six-speed automatic, the product claimed that a Hellwig 7799 spacer kit was necessary; nevertheless, to my surprise, this was not the case with the 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ. Without the spacers, I had a ton of room, so I didn't use them. The new bolts for the bushing U brackets needed a Hex/Allen bit, however the installation instructions did not disclose this. I simply chopped off a regular allen wrench, I believe it was 5/16, and used it in the socket. The allen won't keep falling out of the socket if you add a little lubricant to it.The sway really made a difference. When compared to the stock one, the weight of the bar is incredible. The Tahoe has a more plopped-to-the-ground sensation than my 2012 Range Rover Sport Supercharged. The fact that the riding quality was not adversely affected as much as I had anticipated surprised me greatly.Overall, this bolt-on upgrade over the stock components is amazing.Only for those who are reading this... I also purchased the complementary Hellwig 7740 rear sway bar. The entire combination COMPLETELY TRANSFORMED the car!
