These fit perfectly and significantly reduced engine noise. The flange's additional material and rigidity enable the gasket to function as it should. The starter and various fluid lines were experiencing heat issues because of a pair of lengthy headers that just sat too low beneath the car and required several modifications to clear other parts. These are perfectly comfortable and functional. The vehicle being used is a second-generation Camaro with an LS1. Since I couldn't weld steel to stainless since the outlet flanges are made of stainless steel, I had to construct a steel version to attach to my exhaust. Although they are a little difficult to locate—I could only buy them online—the doughnut gaskets work excellent as a seal.

Since I haven't yet placed it on my vehicle, I can just give it a construction rating. The flange is accurate and attractively thick, and it looks terrific. The welds appear solid. I'll update my evaluation once it warms up and I have a chance to install it.I can provide an update on fitment and how the installation went now that it has been completed. Even though I'm a somewhat skilled mechanic, this was one of the trickier wrenching tasks I've attempted. On the manifold, the lower four bolts are essentially inaccessible. To put them on, I needed a mirror, a lamp, and four "wobbly" extensions on a socket that I had to hold in my teeth. It took all of the afternoon to start and secure these four bolts. The gasket that came with the manifold appeared to be of lower quality, so I also purchased a better gasket. You must take special care to ensure that the manifold is securely fastened to the engine block's dowels; otherwise, you will have to disassemble it and start over. The manifold fits perfectly and without any problems.

Easy to install, quick shipping. Would purchase again (at the cost, thank goodness I only needed one). Even so, the price was reasonable here. My standard manifold lost two bolts and warped, so I had to replace it. Upgrade to this BD if you need to replace your stock manifold by spending a little extra money. Though I suppose you can't win them all, it would be wonderful if it came with the gasket set.

So far, so good; there were no problems during installation. The quality seems to be good, and performance enhancements will be watched throughout the coming fill-ups. In addition, I changed the rear cat with a Pacesetter cat after experiencing some troubles with the previous model. Overall, I believe the engine is breathing better. Next, a new cat-back is put on.
