Incredible grease I don't simply utilize it for my motorcycles. For general grease around the house. But what really convinced me was when I decided to disassemble and apply this grease to my son's low-cost unsealed front wheel bearings on his BMX bicycle since they were either too tight and wouldn't spin smoothly or too loose and clanked around. What a distinction. Wish I'd recorded it. The options were either excessively tight and won't make more than 2 revolutions with a loud grinding noise, or spin well but loosely or clang.Could the grease have been entirely removed before shipping? Yes. The bearings, however, weren't dry. So they gave it a shot.What a remarkable difference after thoroughly cleaning and relubricating the bearings and races on both sides. Wheel spun smoothly, unhindered, and for a very long time without any assistance; nevertheless, there was no slop or slippage in the axle, bearing, or housing, as there had been in the past when the wheel was being forced to spin freely.And I've used this grease before on the suspension of my motorcycle. Since it has just been a few years, I wanted to provide real information regarding this shipment's purchase. It hasn't changed, in fact, it might have become better.

In the Marine Corps, at the rifle range, I tried this device for the first time many years ago. My drill instructors were quite knowledgeable about the proper lubricants to use on metal-to-metal surfaces.I had a seizure with a stainless steel pistol last fall that had to be taken back to the manufacturer for repair after a brief time at the range due to improper lubrication. Simply said, medium weight gun oil doesn't offer the best lubricating option. At higher temperatures, it also exhibits considerable changes in viscosity.I did discover this item at Lowe's, but the one size they had would have lasted me for at least another 100 years. The product size was correct on Amazon.You are only limited by your imagination when it comes to the variety of uses for this product, such as garage door tracks, auto door locking mechanisms, door hinges, etc. The substance is exceptional in that it has lubricating properties, and it keeps those properties and consistency even in a range of temperatures and weather. Writing an effective review of grease is challenging. This thing works as planned and hasn't caused me any problems. It doesn't wash away and doesn't seem to harden or dry with time. This grease hasn't left me with a dry, crusty layer of grease like some other kinds have when used in applications where there is heat. I have used it as a general purpose grease applied to numerous components as well as for installing wheel bearing and ball joints.Given the cost of the grease, I like that it may be used for a variety of purposes in addition to bearings, eliminating the need for a separate general purpose grease tub. The best I can say is that I have not had any problems using or applying the product. Given my usage of the product, I would repurchase.

I also apply this to weapons. I appreciate that it will adhere to anything you apply it to, that you can apply a thin layer, and that it will remain in place. It isn't sticky like most greases, so it won't draw dirt. The Lucas white lithium I used for some components, however, was all gummed up. I had a gun sit for two years, but this Valvoline grease was remained the same as day one. When you rack the pistol by hand, you can actually feel the difference: unlike with other gun lubricants or lube, the parts slide with ease. I've also fired rapid fire until the gun heated up enough to melt the grease, with small drips of liquefied grease escaping, but after the pistol cooled, there was still a beautiful layer of grease on the barrel. I really enjoy using Super Lube oil since it is smooth, thick, stays put, and repels dirt. According to my view and four years of shooting experience in the Marine Corps, three-in-one products like CLP typically fall short at just one. They can clean and protect (like CLP) or lubricate and protect (most simple oils/greases like this product) at most two things well. It takes thin, highly solvent (which indicates high evaporation), and highly penetrating substances to clean effectively (which means it creeps away from where you need it to lubricate). That is why I frequently use a dedicated protection, a dedicated cleaning, and a dedicated lubricant.

This is compatible with my Ford Super Duty pickup. For that and pretty much anything else that needs grease, I intend to use it. I believe that the conventional lithium base combined with EP and moly should make it suitable for almost anything. This should work instead of needing multiple tubes of grease for various uses, cutting corners by using only a basic lithium-base grease, or worse, utilizing an incompatible base grease. In many cases, lithium base will be most compatible.I have to manually pack it because the "small" (3.5 oz?) tubes are not readily available. Although I do own a large grease gun, I much like the smaller models because they seem to be easier to store, less dirty, and have more than enough capacity for my needs for many months. Unfortunately, there aren't any "good" greases in the 3.5 oz amount.
