From what I can see, it appears to be simple to hold and handle. I appreciate how one side of the reflective strip is bigger than the other for some reason. The clip-in holster that it comes with is a good idea, but it's challenging to mount. I don't want to make a hole in the interior of my car. I attempted to mount the holster using the Velcro-like strips from 3M Command, but the edges protrude too much for it to work. In the end, I decided against the holster and mounted the gadget directly to the driver-side door using Command strips. My willingness to use my seat belt is slightly increased by the knowledge that I can remove it in an emergency.

My home state of Florida has a horrible history of omitting guardrails when canals are present. To save money, the County takes this action. Our canals can reach great depths. When I started enjoying myself while practicing, my preschooler was eager to try. Although the blade is properly hidden and easily hooks a seatbelt, I was initially leery. She's just four years old, but she can cut through a sturdy belt like it's paper! The hammer side hasn't been tested by me yet, but I have no doubt it will be useful. Although extremely light, the handle is sturdy. You can definitely feel the hammer side's weight, which will only aid in breaking glass.

This is really a fantastic offer! Although it comes in a two-pack, each item is individually packaged, making it a good option to offer these as gifts to several recipients. You could also buy one for yourself and give the second one to someone else (much cheaper then buying two separately). When I first saw the square-shaped ones at the store, I thought, "What a terrific idea/concept," but upon closer inspection, I found them to be somewhat light, poorly constructed, and, in my opinion, a little difficult to use or comprehend. When I came across this design on Amazon, I didn't just appreciate the longer design because it felt sleeker and more space-efficient to me; it also seemed to be more direct and easier to comprehend and use because each side served a distinct role. I ultimately chose to buy these due to the style, the large number of positive reviews, and the fact that it was a better bargain bundled as a two-pack. When I received these, I was overjoyed because they were far better than I had anticipated. They are solid and substantial, but not too heavy, making them easy to hold, and they have a good grip. I would feel at ease gifting this to both a younger and an older member of the family. I believe this to be a higher quality product than the square ones, one that would last longer, as well as one that I would want in an emergency and be able to rely on. Being "cute" was less essential to me than choosing a product that I believe is genuinely superior. On activate it, you must apply some pressure to the pane. Once it breaks, it is simple for your hand to move forward. Sometimes there is nothing but a hole surrounded by broken glass; it's sharp and painful. Make an effort to stop moving forward when the glass breaks if you don't have gloves.2) Side windows are made of laminated glass and side windows are made of tempered glass. The side window will be affected, but not the front or back windshield. It is difficult to kick a windshield out even after it has "spidered," as side windows "cube" and disintegrate while windshields do not because the plastic sheeting inside keeps the fragments together.3) A excellent position is typically towards the corner (approximately 2 to 3 inches diagonal from the corner), as there is less possibility of cutting your hand on the glass there. Did I mention that glass is sharp and that cutting yourself on it hurts?4) Tell someone who is aware and being helped out of a car to turn aside when you shatter the glass since, you know, pointy things hurt.5) If you can manage to draw the belt taught with your other hand, seat-belt cutters function much better.6) I don't want to tell you where to put it or anything, but if you have this hanging from a fire coat, it's extremely possible that it will fall off, break off, etc. I put mine in the rubber flashlight band on my helmet.When I get a new one, I usually test fire it on a thick piece of cardboard or soft wood to make sure it works because these don't last forever and the point becomes boring.8) Simply press until it pops while holding against the window.That's all, be careful, and keep this in mind.Glass is painful because it is sharp.
