These are created from a strong black plastic that exhibits some flex. They have no effect on the door of my 2019 Jeep Wrangler. By sliding overtop the door latch, they dress up the door and conceal the latch bolts. They snap into place and do not move. If a door is open, it's unlikely that anyone will see them, but it just looks nicer.

It served as a light switch for the engine bay. Because of the way it is made, you may place it almost anywhere along the hood's edge and change the height such that the hood presses it. In order for the switch to move freely without running into anything, you must make sure there is enough space underneath the mounting hole. Ensure the wire has enough slack to allow it to slide up and down without coming undone (common sense thing, but you know, many lack that)

The replacement door switch for my 2010 CR-V is absolutely great. It only takes a few minutes to install. Just be careful not to allow the wire from the door post go inside!Replacing the switch:1) Use a little screwdriver or the tip of your finger to lift up the rubber cover to reveal the screw.2) To remove the screw (which is tight), first use a little ratchet to make it loose.3) Carefully remove the switch out of the post by lifting it just an inch or so. Someone should hold the wire.4) To remove the switch from the connector, depress the small white tab on top of the switch.5) Attach the replacement switch to the connector, then wait for it to lock into place before hearing a click.6) Position the switch where the previous one was by sliding the wire back into the door post.7) Replace the screw and use the ratchet to slowly tighten it. I'm done! It took longer to type this than it did to replace it!

Due to their widespread use by manufacturers, WFCO Converters can be found in almost every RV you come across. I've never been particularly impressed with the quality of these converters, as I haven't been with many RV components. On a recent trip, the door latch in our travel trailer broke, leaving the converter door hanging open close to the entrance.The best solution for me was this reasonably priced fix. While I could have completely replaced the unit's front, I was able to resolve the issue for less than $10 and 5 minutes.For this fix, I would never think to go to the dealer. It's simple to install this product. I carefully removed the old latch with some needle nose pliers, taking care not to harm the plastic housing or the vicinity of the latch. The old latch came out in pieces, as you can see from the pictures. The replacement one easily and forcefully slides into place.Order this replacement latch from Amazon right away!

The winds were coming directly from the west. All the bolts were snug, the rack hadn't shifted by even a millimeter, and the bike mount fit perfectly when I lowered the bike while it was still in the storm. I couldn't be more pleased with any of the things, and they won me over as a lifelong client.

According to a few customer reviews, the half-moon-shaped component on the back of the lock was inverted and they were unable to use it. To fix this, simply switch the driver's and passenger's sides of the component that attaches to the half-moon. Issue is resolved.
