Excellent item, excellent value, simple installation, quick shipment with Amazon Prime, and flawless performance on my 2013 GMC Sierra 1500 Crew Cab. While awaiting the part's delivery, I watched a YouTube video about the replacement procedure. Watching the video took longer than replacing the component. A T20 Torx, a small interior trim pry-bar (if necessary), and a Philips screwdriver are required. I didn't need the pry-bar because my inner lid just snapped off without any damage. There were no glaring visible variations between the broken original latch and new replacement when I compared them. The item is "manufactured with our unique formulated plastic for specific application," according to the description. not the OEM's fragile polycarbonate plastic. In order to prevent the latch from breaking, hinges are somewhat thicker at the junction. The component is the right size for my console, and the latch is secure when closed. The clasp is solid and a little less flexible than the original when opening the lid. Simple to replace and great replacement component!

I enjoy driving my 2012 GMC Yukon XL Denali, which I adore. I also use this vehicle on Friday and Saturday nights for Lyft and Uber, and one of my passengers slammed the armrest so hard that it destroyed the inner workings of the device and could not be repaired. The universal size is just right, and the padding is plenty. Given that these consoles frequently experience lid cover material shattering, it fits my Challenger console fairly well. My console lid is still too stiff and sticky after supporting my weight on it for a while, even with protectant. Before making the purchase, I carefully read the reviews, and a month later, it still looks brand new. I always leave it on since the two elastic straps won't come undone. It resists sliding because of the supporting substance.

On a lengthy future vehicle travel, I really wanted to have a comfy resting spot for my arm. I created a lovely pillow to fit on my console, but it was constantly slipping off and landing in the back seat. bought one of these armrests after deciding to take a chance. I'm glad I did because this one looks beautiful, fits decently, has a cover I can remove and wash, is moderately comfy, and is simple to install. My only issue, which appears to be shared by many other reviewers, is that these armrests are frequently too small to fit the entire console or too tall to provide the best comfort. The fact that someone could satisfy numerous customers by producing a product that is longer, wider, or even somewhat taller, seems evident to me. Without a doubt, I would purchase one, and I doubt I would be alone. I'm teasing! I found this to be the greatest option available at the moment, but I would purchase another if it totally covered my console. Overall, a good value for a well-made, comfy armrest.

My 1992 BMW 525i's armrests and seats had started to deteriorate approximately a year earlier. Despite the fact that I've owned the car for almost 20 years, it is otherwise in excellent shape. Excellent fit. Installation was much more difficult than in the video, but it was still possible. had elements like the sewed-in plastic tube for the top slot that I hadn't anticipated. Due to my HD stapler's inability to pierce the plastic frame, I was forced to drop it off at an upholstery business. However, it has a lovely appearance and a wonderful color match.
