Bodyprox Elbow Protection Pads 1 Pair, Elbow Guard Sleeve Review:

I'm a big, 72-year-old man. My left elbow developed bursitis. Short version: I saw an arm and hand specialist as my fourth pick after two months and three different doctors. He suggested that for two months, the elbow be supported as much as possible with a compression pad. He gave it to me, but it was clear that it wouldn't last, so he suggested other options, such as elbow protection pads that are sold in stores. Being an Amazon Prime customer, I started my search there, and now we're here. First and foremost, a doctor's approval is required before using these for medicinal purposes.Because they were "Prime" eligible and based on customer ratings, I chose these Bodyprox pads. They have proven to be an excellent choice. They fit well, and even after one wash (I didn't put them in the machine; they dried beautifully overnight), they still look brand new. They also offer great elbow protection in the form of padding in addition to modest compression. That is therefore my tale, and I will stand by it.

UFlex Athletics Knee Compression Sleeve Support for Running, Jogging, Sports - Brace for Joint Pain Relief, Arthritis and Injury Recovery - Single Wrap Review:

There are undoubtedly a ton of insightful reviews for this already, but I still felt compelled to write my own experience in case it will help someone else. I was primarily seeking for a knee brace or sleeve to offer support while improving my running technique.I've dabbled in running over the years, but I've never taken it seriously because I could only go about 3 miles before my knees started to hurt so bad I had to limp back (I eventually learned my IT band was the primary source of this). I committed myself this year, registered for a 15K, and began a structured training schedule. Even with consistent workout, I was still having trouble with my knees. I've now used sleeves from approximately three different brands, and this one is the best. I've reached the point where I can run 10 miles without experiencing any major problems if I warm up correctly, do some IT band stretches and foam rolls, then put this thing on. I recently successfully finished a half marathon, and I'm now continuing my training and thinking about a full marathon. While the right strength training has a big part to do in my progress, I directly credit my knee brace for a lot of it. I believe that enabled me to use my extremely feeble knee to fill the gap. Without it, I might have given up, battled even more, failed to meet my goals, been demotivated to push myself farther.Observations: I've been jogging four times a week and occasionally hand washing for a couple of months, and it's starting to show some wear, so obviously they don't last forever. It bunches up a little when stretching and other activities during the warm-up period, which makes it less than pleasant. Once you start moving through it while running, it seems secure. At 5'10" and roughly 163 pounds, the medium is the ideal size for me.

ANRI.E. Knee Brace Support for Meniscus Tear Arthritis ACL MCL LCL PCL Running Jumping Fitness Hiking – Best Adjustable Patella Stabilizer, One Size (12.3"-16.5") Review:

I have intermittently experienced knee discomfort over the years due to an accident I had in high school. Exercise and, if necessary, wearing a knee brace would help me fight it. I recently tried pulling on some varieties, however due to sizing, they only temporarily worked. I discovered this one throughout my hunt. I was impressed after reading a few of the reviews. My joints have been damaged by the weather since September 2018 and I recently learned that I have a mild case of osteoarthritis. This is unquestionably a beautifully built product. I wore it to work as soon as I got it because I'm constantly on my feet. It made walking easier for me and helped me avoid the agony I usually experience while moving about. The strap that goes around the back of the knee, though, has to be two inches longer for it to fit me well. I gave it to my boss because I know many folks who have knee discomfort. She gave it a shot and fell in love. I'm very grateful to you and your business for producing such a high-quality item that makes it possible for so many people to walk normally once more. Thanks for your superb craftsmanship and customer service, you and your staff. Keep up the great work, please!

Stoic Elbow Sleeves for Powerlifting - 7mm + 5mm Thick Neoprene Sleeve for Bodybuilding, Weight Lifting Best for Squats, Cross Training, Strongman Professional Quality & Ultra Heavy Duty (Pair) Review:

Since I've been lifting since I was an adult, I've been able to go to larger weights (I weigh 195 pounds and am getting close to 405 pounds on the bench without arching), shoulder press 100 lbs. dumbbells x 10 with complete range of motion, etc. However, even after receiving physical therapy for months, that has caused substantial pain in my elbows. When benching even 80% of my maximum, it has advanced to the point where elbows feel like they are ready to burst under weight (bilateral golfer's elbow). I tried some elbow sleeves made of elastic and spandex, which helped, but it wasn't sufficient. UNTIL I NEED SURGERY, THESE ELBOW SLEEVES ARE EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED:) If you require strong elbow support, BUY THESE!My arm measurements are as follows: bicep 15" arm straight - 17" curled; elbow 12.5 straight - 15 arm curled; forearm 12.5 straight - 13 flexed. I tried the XL at first, but it was too loose and did not offer enough support (they offered free return - thank you!). However, the L is very tight and offers serious support, allowing me to wear them the entire workout. Therefore, go down a size if you need serious support

DANCEYOU Dance Knee Pads Breathable Sports Knee Support Thicked Sponge Elastic Unisex, 4 Sizes Review:

I adore them! the most protective kneepad that still looks good on the body. The hole at the back of the knee is ideal for prolonged wear since it is not too huge and bulky and is comfortable. Without it, the cloth would fold into the flesh and irritate it.I require a lot of protection for floor work because I'm a dancer, and these give me the most protection, however occasionally I still get bruises around the edges.Just do this style in naked, please!

ANRI.E. Knee Brace with Silicone Pad and Elastic Metal Side Bars - Compression Sleeve for Running, Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Volleyball - Check The Size Chart - Size M, L, XL, XXL Review:

A 12 foot fall caused me to partly tear my MCL. I undoubtedly required a hinge-style brace for the rigid structural support for the first week or so. But after that, I was able to switch to something more flexible and less bulky, so I experimented with a number of sleeve-style braces, including the "BLITZU Flex Plus." The issue is that, as far as I could determine, all sleeve-style braces are made of LATEX, which, after a few hours of wear, gave me all kinds of skin rashes and irritation. The fact that this brace was the only one I could locate without latex allowed me to wear it all day without experiencing any skin irritation. (Note: I did find that the silicone bead on the top lip of the sleeve causes my skin to itch, so I had to fold it over.) Additionally, it was one of the few sleeves with side stints for support, giving me the lateral stability I required for my MCL to heal. I made a tiny incision on the inside of the sleeve to remove the silicone support ring that is encased in the sleeve because I didn't require any patella support. I STRONGLY advise you to try this brace if you're seeking to buy one because you're recovering from a knee injury.

Dark Iron Fitness Knee Compression Sleeves for Weightlifting with Padded Support, 1 Pair Review:

Comfortable is putting it mildly. These knee sleeves are easy to put on and offer excellent support.I recently hurt my knees while hiking the AT, so to strengthen my patellar tendon, I've been doing a lot of PT-style rehab exercises. Because of this, I have only ever squatted and deadlifted with very little weight. When I first put them on, I was a little dubious because the Velcro straps were getting caught on the outer material, making me wonder about the durability. Although it seems like a problem that will result in the external sleeve's fabric frizzing out over time and the Velcro sticking to itself, I don't believe it will affect the sleeve's structural integrity; only its appearance.I can confidently state that these are now a staple in my gym bag on leg and back days after completing several workout sets. This product, which is a GREAT bargain for what you get, has my highest recommendation. Because I adore this brand and have many of their things, I'm giving it five stars. Since I've been purchasing Dark Iron Fitness products for the previous few years without experiencing a broken device, I'm giving the Velcro dilemma the benefit of the doubt.

DANCEYOU Dance Knee Pads, 1 Pair of Thicken Sponge Kneepads Brace for Pole Dance, Gymnastics, Yoga, Cheer, Joint Pain Review:

I purchased these for a heels dance lesson because I already have a stockpile of black standard knee pads from my kids' sporting events. I'm really happy they're tan since they go better with my skin tone and have a more attractive appearance. They don't have a lot of puff. Because my legs aren't particularly large, I opted for the xs in case they could slip. Elastic appears to be robust.
