They're fantastic for airsoft. I've purchased several of these sets. Why 7.4v? Because if you solder a series connector and swap the connectors to deans, which I highly recommend doing, you'll have a 14.8v monster on your hands. Overall, I heartily endorse these. There is no better value for your money. I'm not sure why so many people have complained about these. I've bought five sets, and I've never experienced a problem. Verify that you are using the proper charging cord.

Li batteries may be superior for some things (many, in fact), but NOT a Streamlight. NiMH batteries "are" the way to go for our Streamlights.I've been using NiMH batteries in my Streamlights for years and have always been happy with them. I went to Amazon to buy a replacement because one of mine was over five years old and didn't seem to be keeping the charge as long. In the process, I discovered they now provide Li replacement batts. Although I never really experienced a memory effect on my previous Ni-MH batts because I like to use them till they go dim before fully charging them, I thought they sounded good, were lighter, and could be charged with my current charger.My primary complaint with the Li replacement was that you ABSOLUTELY did not give any advance notice that the battery would expire (I now use a LED Streamlight). The light will be on one moment and off the next. The first few times (and even now), I was concerned that my LED had burned out. Please take note that once this occurs, no amount of sitting will cause the Li to recharge for a few more seconds of light; it will remain off until you charge it. My primary issue with the Li battery in our Streamlights is that it is useless as an emergency flashlight because there is no notice that the battery would run out and when it does, the light turns out and won't turn back on until it is recharged. Contrast this to a NiMH, such as the one offered here, which dims for a few seconds before dying and, even once it does, only requires that you leave it off for around 30 seconds before turning it back on to provide a few more seconds of light. This is possible with NiMH multiple times, which is great for emergencies but not with Li.

Since 2003, I have been an airsoft player. I have a personal collection of eight AEG and nine GBB. AEGs have been upgraded and repaired ever since.Some people will assert that a battery is a battery. Every battery has two ratings: nominal voltage output and storage capacity, which is often measured in milliamps (mAh). When everything is equal, they will all perform the functions that the battery packs are intended to. While this is true in terms of supplying electricity, a battery can provide different amounts of "push." This Keenstone battery makes the claim that it has more "push" than other brands in its advertising.This battery pack was being used in an updated Classic Army G36K with an M120 spring, which has a 380–405 fps range. I really could not discern much of a difference between this battery pack and the standard Intellect 9.6v 1600 mAh battery pack. Since both brands are regarded as premium batteries, neither choice would be a mistake. The Keenstone, however, is between 5 and 10% less expensive.The Keenstone performed beautifully over the course of a three-hour indoor CQB practice. At roughly 14 bullets per second in full auto, the rate of fire (ROF) seems to be comparable to that of the Intellect.PROS: Clean shrink wrap, flexible wire leads, strong solder joints, and insulation end caps.There are currently no cons. Will update if there are any issues.VERDICT: Would I suggest this battery pack? You certainly can't go wrong. Not sure whether there is a warranty because most of these goods don't offer protection because there are so many potential damage or misuse scenarios.

It is a quality battery. Does the job well and effectively. The only reason I gave it four instead of five stars is because I believe it might be too powerful for my airsoft gun because it seems to fire so quickly that it resets BEFORE loading another BB. There was no form of guide for sizing with a battery, thus 4 stars it is. This may just be my stupidity, though.

My usual source for guns, Evike.com, is where I recently bought a new airsoft gun. The problem is that the previous battery I had had a long stick type that didn't fit. I arrived at this after spending a lot of time perusing Amazon and evaluating quality and costs. The greatest value is found here. At my neighborhood airsoft arena, I played eight 30-minute matches without once hearing the motor deteriorate due to a low battery. When I brought it home to charge, it reached its maximum charge in 10 minutes. Although it is not a particularly powerful LIPO battery, this one offers the best value. I suggest this for all levels of players, from beginners to experts. The service provided by Tenergy has always pleased me. I'm not surprised by this.

I needed a backup battery, and this one is incredibly reliable and high-quality. This is a great price because the same batteries sell for twice as much at my neighbourhood store. Additionally, I strongly advise utilising Deans connectors, which can be easily obtained on Amazon, when wiring your batteries and airsoft replica. Purchase extra batteries so you won't be caught on the field with a dead one! The safest and most practical way to charge your batteries is using an imaxB6 or comparable smart charger, which is what I also suggest acquiring.

My old battery, which only had 8.4 volts and was very loud, so I got this one to use with my airsoft gun. I opted to upgrade since I could not stand how loud it made my gun sound. The battery here is flawless. Compared to my former one, it was much quieter and precisely fits my rifle. On a Saturday, after 8 hours of playtime, my battery finally started to fail. It undoubtedly lasted a long time. It comes with a smart charger that stops charging the battery when it is full, which is a wonderful feature to extend the battery life over keeping it charged after the battery is full. The battery that came with my classic army m16 with m203 died on me, thus I needed a new one. In my EMG Jack's buffer tube, it fits perfectly. increases performance and trigger reaction significantly. The battery's ability to operate continuously throughout the day is its best feature.
