I truly dislike the prices that some supermarkets charge for agave nectar. I leaped for delight when I saw how little the price was and how much goods you get. This bottle is four times as big as the one I used to buy, and it's made by Now Foods, one of my all-time favorite companies for wonderful quality foods and vitamin supplements, for just a few dollars more than what I pay at the store. Another triumph for Now! As long as they keep selling it, I'll keep buying it.

If you like or dislike this product, you presumably already know. I'm not sure if the... I might not have a sophisticated palate when it comes to agave sweetener, but I do know the price is right and it tastes as good as any. The In the Raw... line is the best. Agave blends much more easily into hot or cold coffee and tea than honey, so I prefer it to honey.

Although I don't have diabetes, agave nectar is ideal for a diabetic diet. You won't just discover that starches like potatoes, corn, and grains are nothing to be afraid of if you read Dr. John McDougall's book "The Starch Solution," but you'll also discover amazing sweets like agave. I still think it ought to be available in a smaller bag in addition to this 6 lb one. Maybe the creators may think about this in the future. Without a doubt, I'll buy this one again. I already have it on my want list and am prepared to place another order as soon as my current bag is empty. I'm sure that as time goes on, I'll try this in other foods. I did give it a try with oatmeal, and it was excellent. If you haven't tried it yet, I hope you'll give it a shot. Many more would probably order it if it were available in a smaller bag. Now, I always use this sweetener. Although it took some getting used to, this bottle lasts twice as long as compared to when I used only honey. What I actually wanted was a neutral flavor because I feel like honey changes the flavor of my tea or coffee too much. In order to deal with the crystallization more easily as I am ready to order my second bottle, I will pour it into a jar. Scooping it out with a spoon won't be a great trouble. It would be wonderful if it simply had a wider opening on the container, like a jelly jar.I'm switching my rating to a 5 as I begin my fourth bottle. As you can see in the photo, I keep the 8 fl oz in a tiny jar that is simple to scoop out with a spoon. (The weight indicated in the description is 12 oz.) This lasts me more than three months and I use it at least once a day in my tea.

Since beginning the Keto diet a few months ago, my family and I have had to alter the way we see and prepare food. For my morning coffee or whenever I want to add a little sweetness, this sweetener is ideal. Yes, the agave is watery, but it's just 5 calories, so it's well worth it.The only disappointment I've had was with today's shipment of a two pack, which was my second. It won't be the end of the world if one of the bottles' lids breaks, but it will be annoying to have to remind my family not to throw away the first (unbroken) cap. It does feel thin at the hinge, so I'm not sure if it's poor plastic quality or if this cargo was simply not packaged as well as the first time, which it most clearly was not. I'm hoping that everything will be better the next time I order, which I will absolutely do, so I can truly offer 5 stars.
