I normally get Nutritional Yeast Flakes Kal Unsweetened Wonderful Nutty Flavor 22 oz, but because this brand was then significantly less expensive, I took a chance and ordered it (even though it comes with less). It tastes better in my opinion. Overall, I'd say there's not much of a difference, but it definitely tastes and smells nicer. It only comes in a bag rather than a canister, but I merely used an old Kal container to make up for that.I don't mind the smaller serving size because I use it like parmesan cheese and sprinkle it on salads and roasted vegetables rather than using a lot at once. With just a teaspoon or two, it still seems like I'm getting a lot of b vitamins. I would take a B-supplement, but for some crazy reason, nutritional yeast doesn't make me break out in horrible acne like B supplements do.Update: I just placed a second order, and this time the flakes are much smaller and more like dust, but I don't really mind (still tastes great and the bag had the same amount as last time).
